The reason is that the best mexican league from this age is la municipal de Tijuana this kids have win for 3 years in a row the national title in México but always the mexican league sends a team from nuevo leon, Tamaulipas or chihuahua... but the municipal league of baseball of Tijuana is thd best one not only in this category but in other ones

Country rivalry

Puerto Rico really dislikes Mexico and Mexicans. It has been like this for a long time. It is a very Sour Freind-enemy toxic relationship. Their is really no love between the two. Infact Puerto Rico uses Mexican words from our Culture like Tecas, Aztecas, Tecate and transform them into Slurs like calling a person in Puerto Rico a Tecato which means bum, loser or drug addict. Also a word Mexican use for Mexican Cowboy very positive is Charro and Puerto Ricans also made this word derogatory slur word meaning tacky or jacka??

@@reubenblanco3021 That depends on the Puerto Rican people and if they want to be an Independent country and represent themselves or be just a state of the United States of America. Then they would play as a state not a country and would have to compete vs other United States Athletes in all sports to represent the United States. What does this mean? It means a lot less Puerto Ricans en Olympic Sports and Miss Universe because they now have to face U.S competition. I think this is holding them back from becoming a state. Their are other things as well that are factors like the U.S Congress who would also have to approve Puerto Rico becoming the 51st State.

Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States but Puerto Rico has always represented Puerto Rico en everything like Olympics and Miss Universe, Baseball. Puerto Rico becoming a Territorial Possession of the United States was forced not something that Puerto ricans truly desired. Obviously every Country wants autonomy and control over its own destiny.

@@dondaddi5729 Even though they’re a terrible, they’re still a part of the USA. They are still American citizens by birth. A majority of the residents want US statehood or to at least remain a territory. Puerto Rico has never been a sovereign country, and I hope it never happens. I hope that they become the 51st state.

@@dylanshaffer2184 That is up to the Puerto Rican people but I understand why they are against this because they will no longer be able to represent themselves in Olympics or any other competition as Puerto Rico when they become a state. The good News will be they will have the right to vote for President which can really help the Democratic party even though I am independent. I think a real U.S Citizen deserves the right to vote for President.

@@dondaddi5729 While their political status is up to them in a referendum, ultimately it is up to the Congress of the U.S. to decide it’s fate. The reason PR can participate in events like the Olympics is because the Olympics committee deems PR as independent, when in fact PR is a part of the USA and has been since 1898. The residents have been US citizens by birth since 1917 and the sovereignty of PR is ultimately under the United States 🇺🇸. So Puerto Rico is in fact a part of the United States. It’s just that not all of the Constitution applies to the Americans living in Puerto Rico. And Puerto Ricans are Americans. And I agree, no citizen of the United States should be deprived of the right to vote. Also for Democrat and Republican, PR would probably the most Purple state out there as their current political parties evolve around the status and not the two main parties on the mainland. In fact Republicans who live on Puerto Rico want PR to become a state. And due to religion their the population is conservative, but also sees value of the Democrats. While the Governor is a Democrat, the current representative (who can’t vote) in congress is Republican, and they are both a part of the same political party in the territory. So honestly, PR would probably have split representation of both Republicans and Democrats. And even though I am a democrat, I believe that this two party system doesn’t work anymore. Also that the Americans living in our other territories should also have the right to vote
