It’s PINK SALMON season. I’ll be showing you All Time favorite Cold Smoke Salmon Jerky using cold brine method.
*Make sure to FREEZE your Salmon for 48 HOURS before preparing it.*
Smoked Salmon recipe: Brine
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
-1 cup Sea Salt
-1/4 cup Jonny Seasoning
-4 tbsp. Vegeta
-3 crushed Bay Leaves
1. Dehydrator: 8-16 hours
2. Cold Smoke: 4 hours
