A famous bengali dish which needs no introduction. In every bengali home this is a very obvious recipe and much liked one.Pui Shaak or malabar spinach is so nutritious I would have not know if i did not do a research while doing this video. It is rich in vitamin a , anti-oxidants, iron and calcium. Also pumpkin or kumro is rich source of vitamin a. Apart from this it is delicious too.Give it a try.
Ingredients-
1. Pui shaak or malabar spinach - 500gm
2. Kumro or pumpkin - 350gm
3. Mustard oil - 2 -3 tbsp
4. Paanch phoran - 1/2 tsp
5. 1 medium sized onion
6. 2 to 3 green chilli
7. 2 large potatoes
8. Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
9. Salt as per taste
10. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
11. sugar 1/2 tsp
