This softball arm strength exercise is a great addition to any team arm strength routine. The rotator cuff must be strengthened through dedicated arm care workouts, and the Pull Apart T is an easy exercise to perform no matter the age, strength or ability level of the player.
Players of all ages need to have consistency in their routines, and starting with team workouts is a great way to do that.
The Theraband CLX shown in the video is portable, compact and durable, making them a good choice to take on the road and require as team equipment.

Will that help with pain? I suffer from pain for one to two days after every game or practice.

How long before they notice an improvement in throwing speed? These ok 3 days a week?

probably wont notice an increase in throwing speed just from doing these.
