This softball arm strength exercise is a great addition to any team arm strength routine. The rotator cuff must be strengthened through dedicated arm care workouts, and the Pull Apart T is an easy exercise to perform no matter the age, strength or ability level of the player.
Players of all ages need to have consistency in their routines, and starting with team workouts is a great way to do that.
