At least in the States police don't ILLEGALLY arrest people for defending their lives, like in Canada, even against intruders into their homes. It's NOT illegal in Canada to use a weapon in self defense, yet Canadian police will charge the VICTIM WHO used a weapon in self defense for aggravated assault and NOT charge the attacker!! It happened to me, but I luckily knew the law enough to know that I didn't break a SINGLE law, and my attacker (who WASN'T CHARGED) broke several, so I REFUSED ALL PLEA "deals". They DROPPED the charges one month before trial. My friend said I was crazy for refusing their two "deals" that didn't include a criminal recored, but I knew any "deal" is essentially a guilty plea, and I did NOTHING wrong. Plus ALL evidence backed me.
@@wvrjl You're actually kinda wrong on that. Police in US tend to side with callers, even if they are the attacker, even if there is video evidence. Prosecutors tend to side with police. Kult News was attacked by 4 public workers and the prosecutors said there is no evidence and dropped the case. It's unreal how much hate the auditors get.
I am old as dirt and never never have I ever acted like this to anyone. With or without a camera . I actually took my cell phone around one day here on Vancouver island bc and went into the local bank, the drug store a grocery store and got no reactions. Some girls did a little dance for me but that was it, I was surprised as some of the places were privately owned .

Dude was a SGT and he doesn’t understand he can’t just take pictures of random citizens ? He surely earned that complaint. You also need to get any and all information they tied to that photo! Emails, text any and all information they attached to it or used it for.
@@jimfergeson96you probably don't know this, and this is the reason for these videos: education. But most police departments have policies against police taking videos of citizens while on duty unless they have RAS.

My perception is that he is the county treasurer that when he was also in private practice, he worked out of his private office for his public position, which made it public. However, now that he is retired from private practice, but still treasurer, he no longer works out of that office. The website just hasn't been updated yet. He must have an office now elsewhere, either in another public building or his home. May be wrong, but seems logical to me. Go BAT!

Usually city workers all came from the same age group, same high school, family friends and they become a brotherhood and that leads to gang mentality. I know because I have a huge group of friends and most of them work for the city. It's funny that people who work for the government get a superiority complex.

Absolutely! They are showing the police DON'T KNOW the Constitution they swore an oath to, or the LAWS they are PAID TO UPHOLD. Instead, they police just base their actions upon their own EGOS and opinions, and mangled half-laws, and they BLINDLY do whatever city officials ask them to. MOST police DON'T even KNOW WHEN they can legally detain someone, when they can force ID, and when they can legally arrest them. I watched police BREAK INTO SOMEONE'S HOME (no warrant or exigent circumstances, or proof of ANY crime) AND MURDER THE OCCUPANT, and NOTHING happened to them!!!! THE DA and State police REFUSED to do their job. It turns out the victim was talking negatively about police on the Internet. The MURDERER didn't HAPPEN to wear his body cam that day, and no other cops èntered the house with him (so there would be no witness, in my opinion). When have you EVER SEEN a cop enter a house by himself? I believe it was premeditated MURDER. See The Civil Lawyer channel on RU-vid, "Killed for ATV'ing on Neighbour's Lawn." Or when a cop ILLEGALLY ARRESTED a man from his property (no warrant) because of something he wrote on the Internet about someone the cop personally cared about. He was in jail for TWO DAYS, LOST HIS JOB, because a cop didn't like his FREE SPEECH, and NOTHING HAPPENED TO THAT COP!!! In BOTH CASES, THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED AND CHARGED!!!
Well, it's been ten business days since I did a FOIA request from Blue Lake City Hall. I guess tomorrow I will be sending the proper complaints to the proper authorities for their insubordination to the law.

I just thought the phrasing was stupid. The insubordination would be towards the person making the request, not "to the law". You shouldn't be entitled to any records made by government that don't involve you, unless you have a legitimate reason for accessing them. It's dumb to think you should just be handed over anything you ask for. By far the best auditor in the biz . Always cool headed extremely knowledgeable. My family and I have learned SOOOO much from this man I wish we could sub a thousand times he definitely deserves it. I wish him nothing but the best. I would love to meet him.
That girl in the office made the right choices. She reasoned thru the info you were giving her and realized it made sense. She quickly realized that the onus was on her and the office staff to protect the information, and put the order in place. That young lady should be in charge if she isn't already! Good work!

The chief was knowledgeable, respectful, and did his job. I think he deserves a pass and I believe he will make the necessary changes and provide education regardless of whether the SGT gets a complaint. The second encounter bares that out.

Yeah, people get too worked up over recording kids & turn it into something it's not. Public School Officials in Administration offices where there are NO kids & no classrooms use it to completely ban the public. Good Guy just posted an audit today of a school administrator trying to keep him out using kids as an excuse. There wasn't a single kid on the property.
They don't even care enough to try to cover up violating people's rights. They do it loudly and proudly. This is how bad things have gotten in this country. The fact that there are so many Americans who openly advocate against the constitution and support the government violating the rights of their fellow Americans is also super disturbing.

I worked for the town where I live for 27 years , 6 of those years as President of the Union local . Those guys at the beginning of the vid earned themselves unpaid disciplinary suspensions . They put themselves in an indefensible position by treating a member of the public that way they did . The written infractions and suspensions should have been handed out once management saw the video .

It was a shelter, but closed in September 2022. I live I Lakeport, and we have a huge homeless population. Having said that, I agree with re ording "migrent" facilities.
Dan Erie County tried to do an audit of a hotel that housed migrants. The Military gets posted at these facilities & will arrest American citizens who step on the property. That's how backwards things are right now & how hard they're trying to keep it under wraps. It was a good audit. He stayed on a public easement so the cops couldn't arrest him. The staff at the hotel had been raped by migrants & they didn't get deported. Migrants had also got drunk & tossed beer bottles at the business next door to the hotel & windows were ruined. The migrants didn't get arrested. Americans were upset that they weren't holding them accountable. The Governor brought in the military to protect the migrants
