Pulled Pork cooked sous vide and finished on the Camp Chef SmokePro pellet grill and tossed with some awesome Eastern Carolina BBQ Sauce from Bailey's BBQ Sauces! We also used the Avis Armor Vacuum sealer and the Chefman Wifi Sous vide circulator.

Saturday morning, darn you now I need a pulled pork fix. Grew up in Cary NC I ate so much pulled pork it’s taste is ingrained in my taste buds. Good job.👍

Good video Thanks. I do something similar, but I don't throw out the au jus. I save it and pour it (heated) over the pulled pork, rather than sauce which hijacks the wonderful smoky pork flavor IMHO. The pork absorbs the aujus so it's moist and oh so tasty. Thanks again.
