Tip on all nighters don’t tire yourself out calm yourself down (not to much) If you are going to be moving and making yourself tired than take breaks Talk to a friend/play a video game with them/text them (this is good if you just want to stay awake and not actually get things done) Talk to yourself (gives you company/works your face mussels or because you have a yt and film your all-nighters talk to your camera as much as you can to a point that it’s not annoying but still) Tips on not getting scared Watch tv but not to loud Put on music(headphones are definitely my best friends) Also talk to yourself Extras COLD (for me bing cold helps me stay awake so if your cold than it might help you ) Try not to eat drinking is ok but eating might get you tired These are the reasons I can still be up at 4in the morning not tired and still up having fun with no friends tho I’m different than you so these might not work I’m also no sleep expert but But I am a all-nighter so I do have some decent advice also I have extremely loud neighbors that are up all hours of the night shooting fireworks for no reason and I’ve found ways to not go crazy being up so late thank your for taking your time to read this and have a nice day/night 😁😁
