First off, LOVE watching your videos! I look forward to them weekly! Second, TY for being so open and real! While I’m sorry you were having a rough time, I appreciate you sharing it. I would have never thought you were introverted and seeing how much you put yourself out there despite that is really motivating. As a fellow introvert I can say you were NOT being overly dramatic! Aw I’m glad it’s motivating!!❤️❤️ Fake it til you make it is soo real ahaha I’ve become much more comfortable since teaching dance and doing markets but being introverted still means those types of activities drain my energy. And thank you for the validation ahaha I couldn’t help but feel dramatic 😂

Thanks for being so real 🧡 I pulled out of my very first market last month for similar reasons - I was feeling stressed, run down, not enough stock (which realistically it was enough but I have unreasonably high standards for myself!), was recovering from a cold and the weather was forested to be cold rainy and windy! I felt so awful about it but in the end was so glad I made that decision and felt so much better from taking that one day for myself! So good on you too for making that difficult decision! ☺️

to save ink and time on the pin backings, you can design a duplicate on a business card and cut them in half if a full business card is too big for the pins

Do not feel bad! Small businesses owner from the uk here, take days off! You want this to be what you are doing for a long time and burning yourself out is not the way, it’s so hard to give ourselves time off but it is so necessary. Fingers crossed you get coughs up a bit this week and your stress levels go down a bit ❤

I could hear the stress in your voice. Don't beat yourself up for pulling out of one market. It sounds like you needed a mental health day! I get being introverted so markets take a lot out of you. I, too, am an introvert and I let it get in my way for far too long. You keep putting yourself out there and challenging yourself which is great! I laughed so much when you and Shawn were working so hard and Dunkin was sound asleep on the couch, next to you, on his back!

it really sounds like you're overloaded, not burnt out - learning how to plan for the energy you will actually have is SO HARD - I tend to take work things on as if I will always be at 100% energy and enthusiasm, and that's just not realistic for a human - and you also need to save some energy for your friends, your doggo, your partner, yourself... and people DO need to pull out if they are physically sick or injured or caring for someone who is, mental health is equally important! Take care of yourself and have a good time with your friend, then come back refreshed if you can... we'll be here when you can post without it taking energy you need for more important things!

As someone who burnt out in the past (now I am back on track and love working on my small business again), do not put more pressure on yourself than you absolutely need to! Make sure you keep it fun, which is, I'm sure, the reason you started a small business in the first place. Good decision - no worries - you gotta do what you gotta do 😊 when your making all these decisions it gets overwhelming and you want to do so much but we gotta keep it fun and productive and trust our intuition. You still got this all the way 😊 remember you’re following your creative path so you can avoid all that drama 😊 I have to remind myself too.

Girl, don't worry yourself over 1 market! I'm also an introvert and couldn't imagine doing as many markets as you do. They are so emotionally draining! Keep pushing through and take care of you! Side note - I think your keychains would do well as enamel pins!

I could have said the exact same thing you did when talking about having too much on your to-do list but it's because you put it there. Sheesh. The struggle is real. I've been a small shop owner (jewelry and gifts) for 4 years now and I put so much on myself... really need to give myself grace. No one really realizes all that goes into a small business until they've done it themselves. Hang in there! Also... the turtle pins are super cute :)

You two are an amazing team! I see your passion in whatever you do. I was so sad to see you sad but life happens and if we don’t take care of ourselves, who will?. I’ve been crafting since 1985 and just now retired from my day job to craft full time, yeah me! I understand burn out and just the lack of time to produce product but it happens. Take a break, regroup and move on, don’t stress about it. On another note, I have found that if you are selling out of product constantly, you are not charging enough money for that item. Maybe consider raising the price just a little. Also, I see you hand cutting your felt backing squares, think about purchasing an acrylic 4” wide quilters ruler, a cutting pad and rolling fabric cutting blade, much quicker. Also working on the floor is very hard on your back, maybe get a folding table that you can pop up real quick and use for cutting and then put it away when you’re done or even an old-school type ironing board works well and you can hang it on the back of a door. I hope these things that I shared are helpful to you, I wish I had someone give me a few tips when I was young! Keep up the good work, be blessed!

It's ok to get overwhelmed, don't ever apologize for that! I work full-time, try to sell at markets and Etsy and it's enough to make anyone crazy:) My job is super stressful so when crafting becomes stressful you just have to step back and take some time for yourself. You're doing great!

Honey pie you are burnt out and that is ok! I litterally just took time off my 9-5 job cause im also burnt out doing that, my side business and taking care of my family. We all need a break sometimes and I'm glad you acknowledged that you do and are taking a break even just for a day or 2 ❤

Hello I’ve been watching your videos for a while and am so excited for your achievement and working hard with your business. I do have an idea with the punch needle kits maybe if you were to pre box them all ahead of time and then when they sell all you would have to do is put the shipping labels on them then just take them to the post office, or better yet you can have the postman come and pick them up at your house. just a thought. Maybe you can buy a tufting gun, usually used for making rugs, but might be worth looking into to speed up your coaster process 🤷🏼‍♂ pretty inexpensive as well

Hi Jessica, well, now here’s the thing, being a very successful business owner, it can certainly creep up on you, getting set for the new kits, I’m sure you were not expecting it to go so brilliantly, which you know, is a lot of work… you haven’t really a need to feel quite so upset by dipping out of the market, yes, it’s 50 dollars, but your future success looks pretty incredible, you’re a very conscientious lady, everything is down to the fine detail, all of that, well, takes time…. I know now I look forward very much to your vlogs, but, if you found it a struggle, you won’t lose your subscribers, they all appear very fortunate to have your videos, which I’m very confident no one is going to step away from… it’s far better to plan your relaxation, your breaks, your time outs first, before your work. We understand how hard it is to decide to pull out of a market. My wife and I had to make that decision a couple of weeks ago, and it was a difficult one. Sometimes you have to do what is right for you. Life will, at times, take us on journeys we did not plan, but we have to make the best decision we can at the moment.❤ Stuart & Laura

Oh Sweetie I feel for you. The coasters take forever. I was wondering if you could make a smaller frame, for maybe 8 coasters. Not to do more but to FEEL like you are. I saw in your eyes a little stress thinking about making 16 for the market but needing or wanting to get to the orders instead. It might be nice to switch it up a bit that way. Just a thought. Being productive feels good but...Stay healthy first!❤️

The coasters look awesome especially the Pooh one. My sis went a little googly-eyed when I showed it to her. 😂 The keychain display looks good and I Iove the keychains. I do question if you couldn't have it set up and use rubber bands across 2 or 3 pegs to keep them from falling off during transport 🤔... Ive seen how you set up your table in other videos and maybe that's a way to cut down on the time it takes. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Have Staples print the backing cards. I watch Emily Cromwell Designs and she sends them there to print. Would save your ink and you could print at a lower opacity.

You should look into hiring someone to edit your videos for you. The amount of time you spend editing you could use to give yourself time to recharge and have that work/life/balance.
