The Camarata army...Now listen up equipment we're at war and the enemy is all around us and until every flat piece of metal is dented and every tree is either uprooted or permanently scared....and don't get me started on the mud. When we're done up here no Greta tree hugger type would dare come around....Ain't that right Cody
@@1STGeneral you mean those little pampered snots who live in modern civilization consuming oil and natural gas and electricity while screaming nonsense to get attention? 😂😂😂😂😂
When I feel lazy I just watch his channel and off I go to work on my property at full steam. I absolutely love the fact that he is modest and has great sense of humor, instead of cursing or complaining about difficulties. He inspired me to get myself a 1-ton truck and an old Case D310G track loader and my property is also now changing for the better, many thanks to him. Unbelievably crafty and practical guy, thanks for posting (and making) those high quality and detailed videos, very helpful! Greetings from WA state!
take a🥕 helps you to have more polite behavior. if you do not like this channel just do not watch it no one is forcing you to do this. However, a million people have the opposite view of you
“F’kn dozer just rolled into the truck.” - I think that is the first time I’ve ever heard Andrew use the F word! With all the stuff he has dealt with over the years I would have said it 300,264,174 times. Love this guy!
I love how this channel is turning into an Andrew Cinematic Universe where we get to discover new fancy machines/vehicles in different videos and once in a while we get a big show down where they all come together against a new boss like this new hill installation. It makes for a very entertaining and particularly satisfying viewing experience. Congrats on the 1M subs btw, well deserved.
The D9 rolling back is a good reminder to *never ever* trust anything hydraulic driven without a mechanical park brake and blade/bucket down not to roll over the top of you down hill or uphill while running. that truck needs some decent diffs!
Allan, this dozer has a mechanical park brake nothing hydraulic except the blade and the winch... but are the brakes in good shape... Does he know how to use it? In slope like that it's very dangerous
@@niamor8201 wow, some really scary moments old 7E/F most likely brakes have never been looked at, add some slippery and steep terrain and it makes the need for a slow and steady approach
Hey Andrew with the on board CTIS (central tire inflation system) you can choose mud/snow and the tires will deflate to like 12-10 PSI. There’s also emergency mode which is even lower but in that mode you will have to inflate on your own a bit before the CTIS will take over to re-inflate. Then to put in 4x4 you push Mode button on trans selector switch where the red indicator comes on. Then you must hit the down selector to 1. This vehicle is made to start forward in second gear. Most people don’t even know this in the military. I’ve gotten out of situation where vehicle is stuck up to the doors. The operator’s manual is two books each a dictionary thick. I operated/supervised a battalion sized maintenance and recovery unit.
Andrew is an absolute genius in fixing broken equipment. However he's an absolute genius at braking things. Not sure but it may be a win/lose or a win/win.
He may break things at times but he always fixes it and usually it is better than before. Andrew did graduate top in his class so in reality he is a genius. I bet he would make a great Jeopardy contestent
In my opinion he's not taking care of his equipment at all. It's all dirty, most of his stuff is somehow broken and or doesn't start. Why would I put old used tracks on that small cat? I would buy two new ones and don't have to worry about it for many years. This old one will break too and he's loosing time and money again
@@trickshotsniper1 RU-vid's got more important things than dealing with spam bots or child predators they have to focus on removing the Dislike Video function for their corporate overlords instead
That's not usually how RU-vidrs work. They edit and upload the videos ahead of time (often days ahead of time) and then schedule a time for the video to go public automatically. Weekends are the top viewership window. RU-vidrs typically release videos at predetermined times with the goal to obtain the most views. If you are thinking AC is sitting there uploading this video at the time it went public, you're probably wrong. AC might be humble, but he isn't stupid.
No electronics, all mechanical. It worked for a long time until the engineers and designers said lets change that. I think Andrew should build a seat on the dozer for Cody. Something he can be comfortable in.
Even your buddies are in awe of what you can do. Using that jack to spread your door opening back up.yoir amazing in every sence of the word and more. Getting the big dozer up out of that mess off the side of the road was impressive too. Thanks Master of all things 🙏
Big fan of your video’s, seems a world away from my existence here in my 3 bed semi in England…Kinda envious of your Big boy toys and your beautiful surroundings. I really appreciate the hard graft, determination you have had to put in, never seems to halt your can-do attitude, it is inspiring and great to see. Keep up the good work fella!
I wonder if he has more stuff to haul up the hill, if it would make sense to build a hybrid trailer/skid he can tow with the dozer to directly drag material up the hill instead of dragging a truck full of material up the hill. Might be less rough on some of the equipment as well ;).
Andrew, you must have a rabbits foot in your pocket as we could of heard that you were killed by the dozer running down an hitting the truck. I am so damn glad one of you didn't get hurt. I think you might just find some dryer weather to work in on the hillside project. Its those guys with you that would get hurt cause they don't have the respect that you do for it. Just be safe
My 92 year old father never watched youtube videos before. I introduced him to your channel & watched a few of your videos with him this past week. I just called him tonight & asked him what he was doing? & he said "I am watching Andrew Camarata videos! That guy is amazing with his knowledge of things!" :)
Hey Andrew, I believe you will soon find your missing spacer, as it can be seen on the ground at 4:38 at left and beneath the bucket of the skid-steer getting dragged up the hill. Good luck and thanks for delivering yet another very entertaining video. Looks like you sure had plenty to contend with!
Track comes off: 3 vehicles damaged to fix it; Great the way that the other dozer was parked so close to the track, really helped to make content: well done and very enjoyable to watch.
I admire how Andrew does life. I sit at home thinking, if I could own loads of cool heavy machinery and property life would be good, boom video from Andrew and I get to live vicariously.
He got lucky with a combo of personality, work ethic, and the container castle. The first vid I saw he floated mower on a Jon boat to an island to mow! Who does that?? Our friend Andrew that is who!
@@berserkir These were the days when he actually went out and did real work for other people. Most of the content in recent months is him doing his own thing. Always great content always a complete story. That’s why so many tune in.
@@Bo88y22 correct and the content gone down. The fan boys will disagree but the quality has sucked recently. The stupidity in this upload is just mind boggling, yeah it rained for the last week heavy definitely a good time to take unequipped equipment up a make shift road. That why the RU-vid world calls andrew the butcher
@@KB325 Why don't you go and make something better then instead of sitting on your azz and criticizing other people. This video is awesome he worked hard for the ability to chill out and just do what he wants to do without the misery of marriage or kids...just a man enjoying life.
When those two guys watched Andrew Jack out the door frame, closed the door, it was perfect. They were cracking up...and amazed by his ingenuity. Tooo funny.
Associated is an Excellent choice in Battery Chargers! I should them for years. Your doing well. Love watching your Exploits and Jobs you perform. Keep up the good work Andrew.
This is the best channel I’ve ever found on RU-vid. I’m totally absorbed watching equipment being pulled up a muddy hill and a dog slurping icy water at four in the morning. The only bummer is that I really miss Levi.
You often hear people say “I’m tough on my equipment”, who then wash their gear after every use and spend half an episode complaining about scratched decal’s and torn seat covers. Then there is Andrew, who skull drags a skid steer through the forest rather than replace a track in place… I love it.
Add a couple (or more) of 6"-8" pulley wheels, with hooks, to the tool assortment on all those vehicles, also on the dozer tow cable, they will prove invaluable when changing the direction of pull using nearby trees.
Love the sound of that big dozer. It just idles along. With brute force it never seems to be strained no matter what it is hooked to. And wow what a winch.
Well, this saturday started as a dull, cold rainy day. Then I watched this ! With our friend Andrew here, there's NEVER a dull day ! 🤣 I feel exhausted just by watching him and his buddies !
M.A.N !! You sure picked a WET and BAD day to move that equipment, Buddy !! Haven't seen that much mud since I left Africa 🌍 over 42 years ago !! I salute you Andrew for getting ALL that equipment through the muck and mire !! Ha, Ha !!
Nothing better than having 2 dozers, 1 side by side, and loaded flat bread truck hanging of the side of your mountain top luxury resort! You are living the dream my boy!
I had a 9 yard Sandvik remote controlled scoop tram run away from me while mucking a stope at the Kidd Creek Mine in Timmins Canada a decade ago. It took-off as I was remotely returning to the remote operator's stand with a loaded bucket of copper ore, where the operator stops the scoop tram and climbs into the cab and hauls the load to the ore pass (dump hole). Anyways though I turned-off the remote control master switch, the scoop tram kept on accelerating till it hit the rib (wall) and finally stopping. The company was going to fire me as they found nothing wrong with the scoop tram nor the remote control system, But a fellow operator came forward to the company and stated that a similar instance happened to him with that particular scoop tram and that scoop tram was put on a flatbed and sent to Sudbury Ontario to be rewired and thoroughly inspected!...I didn't get fired, Thanks Mike Simmons, you saved me! I never trusted any mechanical OR electronic machinery after that incident!
You are not only unique on you tube with your approach to problems that you yourself create and wind up getting the best of a really bad siyuations ,but your unique in all media at these laural and hardy situations. God bless you Andrew.
I'm like you. When Andrew puts out a nice long video I tend to make it like my movie night. I'd rather watch Andrew's videos over a Hollywood movie any day cause his stuff is true and real. I admire his work ethic and his mechanical ability. I also enjoy how he takes Cody along with him.
I dont watch much dozer demo equipment videos but bloody hell that dozer is an absolute beast I don't think I've ever seen sometime pull itself out of a ditch so deep
Loved it when at 9.20 into the video you commented on the road and you said " the further you go the harder it gets" and then you panned your camera onto your faithful 🐕 and the look on his face said " you wanna try running up it" !!!!!
For your uphill road you should plan a few parking bays, where you could leave the one or other dozer (since you have so many), so you would not need to drive the whole way up and down, if you would need it. This big dozer´s cable winch is simply incredible! So powerful. Thanks a lot for your vid!
Hi Andrew. Just wanted to say that I really like and appreciate your positive attitude. We need more of that. You seem like a nice solid guy. Sincerely Ed from chicago area 😁
Don’t know if this’ll get read but make sure you clean out your tracks regularly so the rollers don’t get clogged with mud and locked up when you need them most
He could make a short video of everything that needs maintenance or fixing and the video would pay for the repairs 100x over. He’s living the life and has earned it.
I'm surprised AC has not made a magnetic camera mount so you can stick the camera on various equipment and free up both hands to operate the controls. Use a MagSwitch or a switchable magnetic indicator base and a short articulating arm and stick a GoPro mount on the end.
Man that army truck is a beast! Took a blow from the D7 no problem. I saw that Koehring when you loaded her up, what a beaut!! Thanks for another awesome video, always so cool seeing the older equipment you get!
Andrew might need to add some gigantic snatch blocks to his recovery kit!!! I think we'll be seeing more vids of him pulling things up that hill. No better way to start our Saturday mornings than an AC vid!!
Hopefully with the new trail avoiding the worst of the hill he won’t need to drag as much up the hill but a snatch block would be a great idea to have before he ends up taking down a tree with the winch cable.
Stop lying the content terrible he hasn't had decent upload since he did the container video. Whole upload of cutting grass or just riding lol we can keep going but he slacked in uploads and quality. If anything he has shown everyone how not to do things
I would of thought he'd let it dry up a touch first. But then we wouldn't have this awesome video to watch. Thanks for sharing this man it's great!!!!!
Andrew needs to add a motor grader to his equipment collection! Anyone else click on his latest video in a relaxed mood, then are stressed out after watching it?!?!
Definitley stressed after that never ending train wreck. But a motor grader wouldn't have made it up the slope or through the mud. They spin after it sprinkles on flat ground. Taller grousers for the dozer might help
That hillside road needs some serious grading work! Plus quite a bit of slope rounding and water runoff with a gravel finish like you do. Would make a very interesting project for us all to see.
Andrew, for such conditions you need to lower that tire pressure down on your truck. It wouldn't go all the way up hill but it'll be definitely more capable.
Agreed drop the pressure a few PSI to about 15 then it will be more capable and get some decent grip on the tyres, it still wont go all way up but will be able to cope a bit better you could also get a decent winch fitted to the truck for self recovery ….
That truck should be able to climb that hill. Its completely an asinine design and a disgusting production if it cant. All mltry vehicles should be able to do it. Such an embarrassment!
CONGRATS on 1 Million. Dude you deserve far more from that. Your content is very interesting and always relates to some cool prject. House itself was one freaking complexe and awesome project.
Watching that D7 startup reminded me of the documentary "Tread" on Netflix about the guy that made a bulldozer tank that he used to dish out his justice to the people that he said were tormenting his existence.
We had something called a lizard(if I remember correctly) in the oil field. Basically a some 10'x30' steel sheet we could place heavy equipment on and move it around. More less a big sled. You need one.
The Camera-ta man is fanfrickintastic! i like this guy keeping everything in frame very much. Also, thank you for being such a magnificent human being Andrew! :)
Hey Andrew, a set of tire aggressive tire chains on that truck would probably get you up the mountain. Mud is the worst. Only solution is rock. Lots and lots of rock!
I’m not even watching. I’m just enjoying how awesome the sound of a bulldozer sounds through a quality JBL Bluetooth speaker. Congratulations on 1 million subscribers!
