Definitely a big decision, the 6 speed is a ton of fun for daily driving…. But we’ll see what happens 😉

Steve white motors has the tremec 6060 MAGNUM on eBay able to withstand 700 lb. Feet. About $5800 shipped.

Yeah I can agree with that. I’m just trying to decide on cost vs reliability at this point. I still plan on adding an additional 1-200hp onto this car. With the weight I really don’t see a tr6060 holding up unfortunately

Im getting da longtube headers and a cam with tune should i be worried about my stock auto trans in the long run i wont be driving it fast after the job

No your trans will absolutely be fine… why would you even do the mods if you’re not going to drive it hard and enjoy it? Lol… anyways, you’ll likely only be around 480whp with longtubes and cam on a 6.4, I was making over 2x that when mine broke.

Looking to pull my transmission out of my forged 6.4L procharged jeep srt but don't have a quick jack. Trans is slipping due to the power so i need to send it in for an upgrade. Is this possible with jackstands or is it not even worth doing without a lift or a quick jack?

It’s definitely doable on jacks. If you’re often working on your own stuff out of the garage though the quick jacks have definitely been my favorite purchase for the garage
