to add some context, some examiners at medical schools such as Imperial (where I study) hate it when you lead with your diagnosis when presenting. They often prefer it if you lead with your positive and negatives, then sum up with your top differential and other considerations. I'm sure that worked well for you at Cambridge, I just wouldn't want anyone to get a nasty shock elsewhere!
