So, used to seeing immature restorations that I had low hopes. But, this video is brilliant and looked at everything to make sure the engine works perfectly after restoration. I'm assuming- the better fitting piston and cylinder makes more power than before.
Awesome job brother. I also have pulsar 150 and I want to rebuilt its engine haven't seen someone doing clean work like this, how much cost does it requires to do so?
Do you find any difficulty in tying screws the exact amount at each side so you won't affect the engine or tighten a screw too much and it loosens the whole thing !?
Curious where do you source all of your parts from? I've got a couple bikes I'm working on and can't find a lot of stuff. If I do find them they are super expensive from places like ebay or partzilla.
I think you did fine if it comes apart then you learn from your mistake and try again nobody learns without first doing great video keep up the good work
You don’t clean the inside of a watch that doesn’t work with worn out gears and call it restored. Restoring an engine is making sure everything is to spec and it runs properly
Good job, but few suggestions 1. Lubricate bearings, gears and some other parts before installing. 2. Use proper tools. 3. Wash parts in the well manners.
Remo Peter he couldnt start it as he has not done a good job this engine will vibrate like hell when started, he has not set the timing of the balancing shaft and the scissor gear on top of it, this engine will vibrate itself to destruction soon and the whole bike with it
Here's a useful tip- pour diesel inside engine, let it soke for 2-3 days, than disassemble the engine, it naturally cleans all the dirt & stuff, makes your job much easier.
Palsar engines are so up to date at its time even till now. I ride a old 150cc it can reach 126kmph without any vibration because of the balancer and sessior gear
I am machanical engineer... I kno full engine working process.. like how fuel go inside how combustion take place how piston move how crankshaft rotate.... But again i ask question myself how engine works... 😂😂😂.. Its an amazing invention of man...
Engine ka chalu hona jaruri hai khali part fix karke ya naya painting karne se jaruri nahi hai ki wo chalega bhi ekdum mast. To bhailog aage se engine start karke bhi dikhana. 😊😊
