I don't know if pulsar's glass pad is textured but skypad bundles up a sleeve to help with soreness, improve arm circulation, comfortability, and reduce irritation due to the textured hard/solid surface. It also does help with friction and heat. it isn't useful if you hover your wrist or rest it on the mouse.
The arm version is for left and right hands, the hand/palm versions I believe can be used on both hands but I'm not 100% sure. Generally speaking sleeves are universal, if they're not the seller will usually mark that.
Hey! I've been meaning to do a follow up on these actually, just haven't had time. The sleeves have held up in terms of the stiching however the material itself has become really loose over time, since the material is so thin it doesn't have much rigidity. The finger and palm ones have held up much better. Hope that helps!
