Ha so about there with the heat sheild and gas cut off, just going to add a we bit of steering and see if I can get this really swinging. So what would you ride swinging of toms JCB.
Eric Smith He’s in the UK, healthcare is free. Even if you do the dumbest, most reckless, entirely self inflicted shit lol. At least for the time being.
Engineering Explained i think you have him beat, but only slightly. Love your channel, I’ve learned so much from your videos it’s insane. I would never understand the math behind any vehicular related things without your channel, keep up the good work!
I love how at 7:40 he comes back to the shop with a gash on his middle finger and a small bump on his nose but still has that classic Furze energy! Lovely man!
Bo Gregg you’d be smiling too if you were making the money he is! Just kidding, he has great energy in all his videos. I’m sure the checks help though!
I made electric tricycle for son with exactly this feature. You know, low budget. I just wanted to show him how is possible create something from old parts.
Colin's armhair: Hey we managed to grow this month, things are looking up Colin: I'm gunna reach into this here fireball to shut off the explosive gas canister.
Fuel on the flying bomb thing? Yeah, of course. Let's leave it right behind Colin? Swiveling the lines would be difficult but soooooo much safer than fuel on board the vehicle.
Here I am in Silicon Valley California, Loved all your inventions Mr. Colinfuze! I think that you could be the next Einstein man.... you’re bloody brilliant! As the English would say...
Just imagine this...your swinging through the city and here hear colins laugh and see him riding this around the Empire state building in a green goblin costume
How about securing the rope at the top with a bit more than cable straps ? If the angle between the rope and the lift gets a bit too steep the rope will slip right off the hook. (:
I was thinking the same thing- he's going out in the most spectacular way! ... but god please no, don't make that come true - What could possibly go wrong with a glowing pulse jet engine strapped to a propane tank WOW! ..... I tapped out halfway through mate! LOL!
Thank goodness we still have insanely mad inventors like Colin in the UK,fearless in every bone,he is certainly not afraid of fire ! or red hot jet pipes either. His workshop has some great gear too that will tackle anything !
@@gloverelaxis elon musk literally made space x and tesla from scratch. saying he does "no useful labor" is quite simply the most ignorant thing you can say about him. go watch a documentary on him... he slaved away day in and day out to make his life into what it is today.
@@thapelomashaomasemola7922If by state funded you mean he got around $400 million dollars of government funding for development of not only the Falcon 9, Dragon capsule and demonstration launches, then yes. Of course SpaceX raised $450 million through private investment, which had to be paid back, but we're going to ignore that, just as we're going to ignore the fact that the 'state funding' was in stages that required him to hit development milestones or he'd get bupkiss. The guy spent $100 million dollars of his own money and 5 years of his life developing the Falcon 1 and more importantly the knoeledge base necessary to build something bigger. Then he spent another 5 years of brain breaking sweat managing the development of the Falcon 9 and Dragon capsule, each of which which would have cost several billion dollars and twice as long if they'd been built by conventional big industry contractors. He bvroght the whole thing in for under a billion. Ever since then, the 'government funding' has been payment for launches, just like anybody else. Considerably less payment than ULA or Ariane would ask for the same service. I suspect that the government (NASA and NRO) have already made back that $400 million just on the savings from buying their launches from Space X. I believe there was some additional funding for the Dragon 2 capsule development, but that was part of a contract to pay for future launches to the ISS. Over half the Falcon 9 launches have been non-government, and the Falcon Heavy, and Starship Superheavy development are entirely internally funded. so basicically, you're talking complete bollocks.
Elderly London tourist: OH MY GOD! A Doodlebug! Locals: No, that's just Colin Elderly London Tourist: Colin? He doesn't sound very German Locals: He isn't. I think he comes from Insanity
I seriously like get so much enjoyment out of watching this genius of a man be a child with powertools and metal it's inspiring for a 19 year old like me
I am not sure iff he has but i have. It is now a felony to hijack a ufo. Lol. Just kidding i never did that. It is however a felony to build an ionized plasma cannon that actually works. Mine got confiscated. Fortunately i disabled it and removed certain parts so the government can't make it work. Jokes on them.
@@synthiccl Are you sitting comfortably? This is a good one. Once there was a naughty toenail, it caused lots of pain and made its owner very unhappy. The owner decided to go and see a doctor, the doctor said "looks like that needs to be removed" and set the owner up with a foot specialist to teach the nail how to behave. Months went by and the owner turns up at the hospital for 'operation naughty toenail'. A camera was taken out of a bag, with permission, and recorded the operation while the doctors were working on it. Throughout many pictures were taken and this one was what I ended up using as a profile picture. "What about the part of the toenail that was removed" I hear someone ask. Well that part was encased in epoxy resin and is now a keyring so it couldn't hurt anyone ever again. As for the video it's in several parts on my channel.
'one of the few'... it's the vast majority of us haha. You aren't eligible for a man card unless you lose at least 1 eyebrow to recreational fire at some point :P
Colin Furze: *knows pulse jets like the back of his hand* Also Colin Furze: *almost catches fire at least 3 times in a single video because of a pulse jet*
PAH, YOU THINK IT HAS A MAKE AND MODEL!!! The furze safety tie was forged in the heart of a dying pulsejet and woven in a temple by firework making monks. You don't BUY a furze safety tie YOU EARN IT Lol =P
Hey Colin you absolutely without a doubt have the best channel on RU-vid...You're an extremely cool guy and anyone who gets to hang out with you should consider themselves very lucky...Stay blessed Colin and keep being Cool
Come on this is Colin after all, a harness just ain't his style. Also surely something that attaches him to the "giant flame source" is more dangerous than anything. If something goes horrendously wrong he can just kill the gas and jump off.
this cannister wont explode since the flames cant enter it.. the gas needs oxygen to do anything and in the pipes is 0% oxygen..! Only when it gets too hot (300C+?) the cannister wouldnt be able to hold the pressure of the expanding gas.. but that wont happen quickly
>(To be honest we're not far off) no, we are either no where near, or already there depending on your definition. helicopters have been around for decades, and unless your hover car runs on some star trek technology, thats all it is, a helicopter. if your hover car runs on star trek technology, all we have is CGI.
Furze, This Might Just Be The Most Manly Thing You Could Create, Introducing The Colin Furze CHAINSAW LAWN MOWER, It’s A Lawn Mower BUT WITH SOME CHAINSAWS Hope You Take This Into Consideration, And Good Luck With Future Builds!
Colin furze the only plumber to be on the government's watch list because one day they just know hes going to build I fighter jet just to nip to the shop for a pint of milk 🤣🤣
Really...... have you not seen mythbusters safety routine.... Adam blows up a cement truck and hides a mile away, colin furze blows up the truck and hides.... wherever he can after lighting the 5 second fuse lol 😂😂
I'd love to make a standing scooter with an electric turbine on the bottom. Very similar to the scooter Colin made for his adorable son, but with the engine under the deck. You could stand and whip your feet out and get some insane speed and tricks! Add some foot straps or snowboard boots to it, run the electric wire up the cable it hangs from so there is no battery on the actual scooter, and make it look Furze level _slick_ for an awesome project! He could power it with a generator near the crane and have an absolute RIOT! Damn I wish I had the facilities to make this. I doubt colin will ever see this comment, but I'd love to see him tackle this. I know he has almost everything he needs already and could probably bang this project out pretty easy! It's as simple as it gets! A jet strapped to a board with a handle dangled from a crane. Safety Tie mandatory!
