I have tried countless racers and this is one of the few that fits very well. There is virtually no arch bump it is quite flat. Yes in general the fit is snug but thats expected. Other racers that work for me are Cielox1 and EP4 in terms of fit. The rest are way too narrow or the arch support is too aggressive. This is a banger!!

Definitely will have in my collection soon. V2 is still great for LRs with pace in my marathon block. More stack will even be better!

These are sick! Like they look way better then the 2 The midfoot is way to narrow tho, especially with that increased stack height, probably gonna be way more unstable then version 2.

I own these and they are not unstable for a racer. I have low archs and slight pronatation. 0 niggles 0 discomfort. The fit/feel is similar to EP4 a tad narrowerr maybe.

The pointy toe box makes me wonder if they ever look at their foot shape when making a shoe.

I think it really helps during toe-off. Same reason why the fast R 2 has an extended lip. If our feet are wide then go up a size and care-less of the extra shoe length.

Of the latest Puma offerings can someone tell me which is the best all around Max Cushion (ala' Asics Gel Nimbus 25/26) runner? My Nimbus 25's are great but a little too soft IMO. I'm also starting to experience bad shin splints which I've never had with other shoes. Thanks!

I've got 300 km's in my Nitro Elite 2's and they still look and feel brand new. Also got over 1,000 km's in my Velocity 2's which are just starting to come to the end of their life. Hopefully the DNE3's will have the same longevity!
