I’m always amazed at the amount of new construction, specifically apartments that are being built in Vancouver. Are you experiencing a population boom or what?
It’s absolutely insane the amount of growth here. There’s a large influx of foreign capital fuelling this housing boom. It’s great for those of us whom work on trades as it keeps us busy, but also a bit of double-edged sword in that us blue collar types can no longer afford to live in the city which we work.
Absolutely! Our 58-5 (2008 model year) also has a boom auto-greaser from factory. Messy as hell, but never had any issues with bushings/hollow-pins on that one. We just try to source the brand of grease which best blends in with our bright yellow paint.
