I tried the recipe and it was delicious. However I had a problem knowing how much pumpkin to use. In the Caribbean we have large pumpkins and so I could not use a half as stated in the video. So it would be very helpful to give the weight of the pumpkin because the ratio of pumpkin to the other ingredients is essential to produce an excellent pudding. Thank you for a really delicious pudding recipe.

I tried this recipe.....Did not have any fruits or cornmeal and butter on hand .... but anyways I went along with the eggs ,a little vegetable oil and all that other good stuff .even the milky stuff to go on top ....I went along and eye balled everything .....put it into the oven for 45mins maybe then a put tray with hot under the pudding to complete the baking time .....when it was done out of the oven left to cool completely......I hope it come out ok ....when I cut a slice let u know.....and happy Friday to u love
