I don't drink alcohol but I can't help but feel that it'd probably taste MUCH better without the whipped vodka. I don't know, I think either kahlua or some other type of alcohol (brandy or maybe even rum?) will be good.
I've never really had anything pumpkin spice (other than some mediocre Starbucks instant coffee a few years back) but I feel like it'd could work in a flan/crème caramel recipe?
