i think its so funny that you have very strong negative opinions on some foods as well as having allergies, but you somehow dont have the cilantro soap gene. god just let you have that one

My immediate thought woupd be to make a version for my favorite burger, which is a bacon mushroom swiss burger. Should be fairly easy to make too sense you just need to sauté the musurooms in butter or your rendered bacon fat, then add some Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, garlic, and black pepper, and after that is just making your smash taco and throwing the swiss cheese on to melt before assembling. You can of course optionally add things like caramalized onions or garlic aioli to make it more fancy, if you'd prefer.
Anyone else love eggs at times and then grossed out by the snottiest of eggs at times. The omurice looks good but the uncooked of the eggs make me nervous
I reckon using pork mince with crushed garlic and ginger, splash of sesame oil, gochugang paste, finely chopped scallions and salt and pepper mixed together. Smash onto a tortilla and fill with very finely shredded cabbage that’s been mixed with kewpie mayo, a sprinkle of gochugaru, another dash of sesame oil, sesame seeds and some mirin. Top it all with a bit of finely chopped kimchi.
We do a fake chicken shawarma (shawarma seasoning in whatever chicken and bake it) sandwich recipe that would be so good in this application I think. I believe it’s from an old Bella Hadid TikTok but I can’t remember… It’s amazing though. You could mix the seasoning into ground chicken, top with tzatziki, roasted bell pepper and onion, arugula, and the most important part is French fries. I know it sounds weird, but the fries really bring it together!

Good Chop does not seem like good value for the cost. Even on smallest first box (where you get the highest discount), it'd be like $18 for each selection. I'd have to feel a lot more confident in the sourcing and ethics to justify those prices.
