love your videos! and as silly as it sounds i like that sometimes you shop at Walmart. i recognize those usda choice ribeyes because i buy them weekly from walmart. they are tasty lol. it just reinforces that a person can do this lifestyle even if their only store is walmart. yes it’s great to sometimes get beef from a local butcher or whole foods with their lovely meat counter. but if you do not have access and or budget for such things just grab the walmart ribeyes and enjoy!

I love that she goes to walmart too. We like to stock up at Costco when we can, but we do not always have $75 to spend on meat at one time. Sometimes WM is the only real option.

I made a low carb pumpkin spice smoothy this morning .. a couple tablespoons of canned pumpkin.. unsweetened almond milk.. stevia.. pumpkin pie spice and fresh ground flax seed … was super yummy .. and with none of the trash the store bought pumpkin spice products have

I am sad to say I had to drop all sweet tasting things from my diet. And that included my beloved stevia drops. They just were terrible triggers for me to fall off the wagon and to binge eat. 😟 The sweet (no carb) things were the hardest to let go too!!!

Oh dear, I hear ya about the Stevia drops. Have the same problem leaving the sweets alone. There are times I Can be very disciplined and have just a little of some homemade treat but too often it becomes a very slippery slope!! Good luck with your efforts!

Oh my goodness just had my 1st chorizos and eggs since in San Antonio in 1990. Awesome. Now on the menu again. I also have the pumpkin spice drops and use it with chai tea. Yummy.

I would pour the cream into the glass and then pour it into your coffee as not to waste the last few foamy bits. 🧡 everything looked so good, wish I could have all that, sadly I have gut issues and working on getting fixed, but it’s taking forever. I can’t eat much so trying to eat mostly meat, but adding in a some sweet potatoes as trying to kill of the bad bugs as I’m taking Allimax pro and Candibactin AR. 🙁

I’m interested in trying sofrito and I have a question. Cilantro bunches have been getting very small here in CA. Can you kind of guess a measurement? Cups chopped, bunch weight, anything? I looked up culantro, it possible my local fruit stand has some. I’d never heard of it. Thanks. Love, love these slices of your life, I only lasted 12 days on the BBB&E, I’m going to amass your (and any others I can find) ground beef recipes and try again. Could I ask your recommendation for the uk equivalent of keto chow drops please?
