using the whole body, the key is to bend your knees like in this particular video he told us to bend the knee a little while we drop elbow, similarly drop your knees a littlw while punching. thats helps me alot and try not to stop your punch... let it hit dont stop your punch in between or after you reach where you want your punch to be, think of it as penetrating through air hit the air and let your arm go as far as it can. hope you understand also use your hip while punching
