It is the gross pressure which includes self weight of soil and self weight of footing .Overall depth of foundation is 1.5m from Ground level,footing depth is 0.75m,so depth of soil filling is 1.5-0.75 =0.75m, self weight of soil = 18x0.75=13.5kN/m2.
