It is obvious that he bypassed all the protocols in total violation and is now under police scrutiny.But the question remains, under whose instructions did he act so promptly, that too on a Sunday! Who is his boss ? Juvenile Justice Boards (JJBs) work under the Ministry of Women and Child Development for the state government. This department is headed by minister - Aditi Tatkare, who belongs to Ajit Pawar faction of NCP and is a very close friend of controversial MLA Sunil Tingre. It is obvious that MLA Tingre managed to get bail for the son of his business partner, S K Agrawal through his close friend and party colleague Aditi Tatkare. Hence it is obvious that 'minister madam' was also involved in shielding the accused and should be thoroughly probed.
