Why the courts shouldn't be accountable for immoral decision? Why ED CBI shouldn't be allowed to interrogate corrupt authorities including judges ? Why the RTO and Trafic police inspectors should not be arrested ? Note that Courts already created bad examples to provide relief to culprits e. g., Sanjay Dutt, Khans, Actors, Children of political leaders in past.

Guys don't be excited, The murderer will be tried as a juvenile and will be let go scot-free, as the law did in the case of Nirbhaya which was a national anger at that time. out judiciary system is well known to all of us, the case paper runs into pages and the case itself runs for decades, if not centuries. some judge will take this on his hand and see that the record of decades are broken by delaying the justice for centuries.

It is not the police who is showing leniency but they are forced to show leniency by the politicians who are influencing the investigation. Politicians are turning amd showing it as a case whefe the accused can rscape in exchange of benefits

Kejriwal got bail because ED took money and framed false case against him. SC understood that and hence gave bail. SC is consisting of learned persons who do not money.
