Sir, Traffic management n parking should be improved. Infrastructure is mainly to benefit Real Estate, Green areas are absorbed, water bodies are contaminated, something should be done for this. Water n Electricity should be done properly, many new Apartment bldgs have these issues. See these old areas like Camp, City, n Deccan n say it's 5th cleanest City ? Encroachment big issue to General public but beneficial to vote bank. Ever increasing population due transmigration. Authorities must consider these important issues, before just urbanization.
Very aptly put Ashok ji. We are slowly moving towards a better living is what I can say. And we as citizens have to play a role and not leave everything to the Govt. I am sure things are improving as people are becoming more aware and conscious about this. Anyway, thank you for pointing out.
Hi Rahul, Dhanori and Lohegaon are for sure promising locations. The biggest advantage is they are closer to the town yet there isn’t much supply, so you will never go wrong here. Just be careful on the kind of project, purchase price, etc. And go for it 👍🏼

These things are going to be a part of any developing location, eventually they have to set up these yards in all 4 sides of town. But offlate these dumping yards are much sophisticated and don’t emit any smell or nuisance. I have personally visited the award wining dumpyard in Bhor and seen how they segregate the waste and make compost out of that. So don’t worry it’s not going to damage any location.
The concept and execution is good. I am little concerned at the access / exit routes, given present conditions, getting in & out of Gangadham Chowk is a hassle, once all these tenements coming into functioning it will be chocoblock, unless a flyover /underpass /wider roads are made. Else, it is a excellent project.

The proposal to include Hinjewadi and other 6 villages is still pending, CM will study the matter and may give a nod soon. Besides, it is has a good future and will give you decent returns.
Brother do your own research. I live in a Kohinoor society in hinjawadi. The society opposite to us gets water from municipality while we have been reliant on tankers since last 3+ years. Water TDS was as high as 800+. After numerous attempts to find ground water, a borewell is installed and mow the water TDS is about 400+ but the tanker requirement has reduced. I personally feel Kohinoor builders fit and finish of flats is also not good compared to the cost of properties. No DG backup provided. Water situation is worse this side of the highway. Even in mahalunge which now comes under corporation doesn't have municipal water corruption. So choose localities and builder wisely.
