I appreciates all your pleadings on various topics. Today I watched your most important case on false case and false evidence. Please provide some S C judgements on false civil cases. Actually a lady had tu suffered too much on a false recovery case in which a govt corporation had filed a false case and obtained a decree from the subordinate courts but the H C and S Court had set aside the judgment and decree but that lady had broken out along with family which resulted the hearing loss of her both ears. The claimant filed the false case without any documents which the lower courts ignored without applying their mind.

मॅडमजी मूझपर एक महिलाने 354 I.P.C. का अपराध सन 2017 मे दर्जे किया और अदालत मे सन 2024 मे कहा मै अभियूक्त को जानती नही और 354 की घटना घटी नही अब न्यायालय I.O.को काॅल कर रहा है अब हम crpc 340के तहत शिकायत अदालत मे कब दर्जे करे अपराध का फैसला होने बाद या अब सूरू ट्रायल के कार्यवाही मे कृपया बताए !

कोइ फरियादी पुलिस मे गलत केस करना और कोर्ट के अंदर एफिडेट मे गलत bill नंबर और हिसाबी रेकर्ड , गलत गुड्स की गिनती और सच बयान नहीं बोलना और आदि आदि झूठ बोलकर बनाते है तो उसके खिलाफ IG ,SP या DIG इस तीन मै से कौन सी जगह शिकायत दर्ज करा सकते है ? कृपया मार्गदर्शक बने 🙏

Madam , I could not file complaint in the lower court against plaintiff who filed false affidavit along with plaint. That injunction suit was false filed with false affidavit , that neither injunction rejected by any court nor case was dismissed as withdrawn . But in previous suit injunction was rejected , suit was withdrawn on the statement made by advocate . Therefore , plaintiff played perjury with me . Case is yet pending in high . May I file application under section 340 Crpc(1)in high during pendency of RSA in High Court chd.? Please advise me immediately. I shall be thankful to you.

Every Judge knows then why judges don't take action? It means judges themselves are helping criminals. When it is wrong it is enough for the court to take action against the person. Are judges children who don't know what to do. Just making fun of common man..
