@@kyotheman69 thank you for your advice but I have already built Lucia. I have Alpha too and she will be built after B Lucia reaches level 80. I have cleared Golden Vortex for now. In warzone I can reach Elite league which is enough for me. Paincage I can be in advanced rank. I don't need much else. So I'll continue maining B Lucia.
I levelled them too and paired them with 4 Aife. Like, It's not the best memory but what do you expect when Mozart is the only decent memory you have, lol. Beggar can't choose 😥

Adolphe had both it's name and art changed to, for global, "Cottie". The effect and backstory is the same, though. Other memories that had their names changed from what fans thought they would be before global launch: Groda -> Gloria Ekko -> Ike Eiffu -> Aife Barton -> Patton Einstein -> Einsteina Katherine -> Catherine Guinea -> Guinevere Ferret II -> Philip EDIT: Removed the "Save your BC for Alpha" warning I had there for a few weeks after launch.
No bro .... at 7UCT today Karenian will come alongside S Lee till July30... and then S Liv will come from July 30 to August 13 ... it's given on official sit .... Which also means Alpha will be released at August14th 100%

yeah i used him in the alpha and he's a blast too use but ya sad to see he's not higher up but i think theres other characters that use his weapons/style...i could be wrong but it looked like one guy uses the same weapons
You have enough of the blue cards to roll in the starting banner at least once, so you should almost always have at least one A unit. Plus the S Selector.
@@raymakbutwithmoustache6413 it doesn't expire and the S selector pool doesn't get larger, it will be the same 5 S rank character to choose from regardless of new unit and how long you wait, so better to use it after you get the S rank from beginner banner but don't save it for any longer than that

Thank you for this video, definitely gives me greater perspective on the system. I think its Funny that I originally wanted S Karenina + S Nanami cause they looked great and fun to play, but then find out that they work well in a team together!
I think something that is really important to hear is that: waifus/husbandos > meta. So don't worry too much about the tier lists and just enjoy the game
I'd say do what you enjoy the most, be it meta or waifus/husbandos. you like shredding thru enemies and do competitive shits? Go for meta You like anime boys and/ or girls? Go for waifus/husbandos I am more leaning towards the latter tho. I'll try to minmax all of my waifus and husbandossss lezgoo 😂 Inb4 my meta slave subconscious raging because i invested on B lucia kekw 😂

Basically it is ONE character game - Alpha. Other is to way behind. This game is +1.5 years already, but in game only 1 character that you must have. I thought Honkai bad at balancing, but PGR show next height lvl of that.
I invested heavily in B Lucia, it's personal preference, I can rank her up because you can get 2shards every day by doing Interlude so yeah. I'm saving for alpha anyways...

Luna, A-Vera, S-Kamui is still the meta dark team, as far as I know. I'm not 100% up-to-date with CN anymore, but I believe Amplifier Selena is considered too weak to use in the team. She definitely was on her release, though that might have changed due to Amplifier Selena receiving some buffs. Even then, the Luna/Vera/Kamui Dark Team will be meta for a year before we get Amplifier Selena + Buffs.
Great guide overall, If you don't end up with S-Karen or S-Lee from banner/selector would you recommend using A-Karenina for main DPS until Alpha's release?
Im sad Lee gets "powercrept" but given i honestly kinda dont care about Alpha i'll hope i can get him from banner and just pick Kamui for husbando choices.

@@NakiYarou Yeah, it's a shame that the existence of Alpha makes any other physical DPS pale in comparison. However though the same can be said about electric teams and bianca. iirc Lee is still the 2nd phys best dps so i'd say go for it.

How can you tell which 6 star weapon is which character's signature weapon? I didn't see them listed on the gacha at all. Also, when you say "grind out this character" how do we do that? I just opened up Warzone and noticed the shards in there, is this the primary place for that or are there other places to buy shards as well?
just pick dps for farm stigma and fast clear wave..trust me..my cn team build is 2 dps and 1 support..just pick lee from free pick and keep all black card for alpha..then everything will be easy..if u get alpha main weapon then it get 10 time easy 😅
Choosing Lee from the selector and then saving for Alpha is kind of contradictory as Alpha is considered a direct upgrade from Lee, if you plan on getting Alpha you should definetly use the selector for someone else.
wouldnt it be better to just get S kamui or S karenina? since picking a phys character to replace with another phys character is not a good long term investment
i dont know where i saw it...cant find it anymore but on one of your videos you had a picture about 6 star drop rates from combat supply? just trying to remember if its worth waiting till section 3 unlocks or try to get 6 stars from 2 as i think i've hit a roadblock and trying to increase my combat power to easily blow through story

That's the neat part you don't ... You gonna need to stick with whatever you have till lvl 50. Then you got 10 pulls for basic construct you can get an A rank there. Or S but 0.5% so good luck.
When can I start farming 6 star memories? I unlocked the second Combat Supply stage which lists 6 stars but so far I don't think they drop unless they're extremely rare.
Do you get enough blue cards for beginner banner in a few first days of play or does it assume using both blue and black cards? Asking, because lot of sources advise to not spend black cards on anything before Alpha's banner and I don't know how fast do you get blue cards for standard gacha
If global follows the other versions it'll take months to get enough blue cards to finish the beginner banner. So it'll take quite a while for you to hit the S rank pity if you only use blue cards.
Alright thanks, I definitely won't wait couple months to get beginner banner done and to use S rank select after, so I will just use black cards and see how it goes later

Kamui likes to charge his dark mode offield and then drop in using its duration. He is usually paired with dark watanabe (A-rank) as dps whilst Kamui charges. Later another dark dps will become available called Luna but Im not sure how the playstyle is with her.
In only gonna focus on A rank characters cause you can at least SSS+ them cause hou can get shards everyday.. and its easy to obtain the duplicate in the gatcha cause of the new 80% target character rate.. and every 10pulls guaranteed A or higher character... S class is somewhat for pay 2 play players.. or as a f2p player you would need at least 1 and a half year saving black card and not using it. Just to have one SSS+ S character.
"Don't invest on Watanabe and Bianca" Since I'm unlucky as fuck and only got Watanabe and Bianca as A Class in gacha, I had to invest on them and finally they became SSS and my main DPS. I'm so fucking proud of my Anti-Meta Squad
I know how you feel. Despite what I said in this video, I had to level my Bianca as well. Reason being: I simply didn't get an A-Karen. Still great for Pain Cage, though!
Do sets like DaVinci and Catherine stack? Or no? Cause if they stack you would want 8 pieces of davinci and etc. But if they don't then that wouldn't be needed
Great guide, too bad I picked up the game just a week ago and some of the options like Alpha are already locked behing rng for me. Still wondering should I dash for S Bianca under 2 weeks or wait for next banner... Or even reroll because I picked S Karen for Sophia having very vague idea what is what. Do you plan making video how to manage resources towards CN meta and known roadmap?
I wouldn't reroll. It takes too long and doesn't feel that rewarding. Also, S-Karen is gonna be incredibly important and relevant in the far off CN future. You can try to get S-Bianca right now. Worst case scenario is you don't get her and build pity towards the next S-Rank (Ice Lucia "Plume"). Feel free to keep pulling on the 100% banner, the pity carries over after all. I'm currently not working on videos because of IRL work stress, so there isn't really anything planned or in the pipeline. Feel free to ask me anything though, I'm happy to help.
The stats very slightly, but the difference is minimal, I would say negligible. You can put them wherever you want. If you want to min-max, head on over to the Punigray Fandom Wiki and compare the stats the memories give depending on the slot they are placed in.
I started playing yesterday and I must say that this video can be really useful, but I have doubts it seems very slow to me to farm BC to be able to carry out some evocation, is it an initial problem or is it always like this? oh no bianca is so bad? Who is apha? lol
I want to keep my Black cards for Alpha. Also i won't open my S-Selector untill i get pity on the beginner banner which will take a while. So i only have the starting B ranks and i got A-Lucia from my 10 pull on the beginner. So i need a DPS to progress the story, should i wait for A-Bianca and invest in her , should i invest in A-Lucia or just keep investing on B-Lucia ?? OR invest in B-Liv and use her as DPS to carry me through the story ??
So are there reruns in this game? I saw a diffrent tutorial and it was said it is best to use BC on beginner banner and then choose S rank ( got S Nanami and chose Kamui) so I am worried I won't have time to farm for Alpha. And about 3* weapons, I shouldn't upgrade those? I upgraded the ones on characters that I use. I got Kamui's 4* weapon from somewhere so I wanted to level it up is that a good idea? Man starting new games is always so confusing but thanks for the tutorial! Answerd a lot of questions I had! black cards should only be used for event banners theres only enough given to reach pity for f2p, and even then global schedule will be sped up a bit (source: pgr dev blog). The original blue cards should be used on that beginner banner, unless you cant wait for the S units available then u rlly have to use black cards.. u can try to save up more for alpha since when her banner arrives it stays for a whole month. there wont be any reruns, but when their banner ends they go to the general rotational pool and have 70% guarantee on 60 pity. so its best to roll for new characters in their debut banners bc they have 100%guarantee. pity carries over on event banners btw, not rotational banners to event banners though dont be confused. dont worry about levelling up 3* weapons, its better than buying 4* in the shop theyre so expensive. higher rarity weapons are still easy to level up anyway. for now give who u use a 4*, u could get one by recycling three of your 4*weapon leveling material then go to the shop, look for exchange tab there, dont buy the one with cogs. you could only get 5* right now through gacha and co op. co op is entirely on luck so ifs its ok to waste 20stamina then do it. you should be more focused on memories anyway imo. ask for any clarifications!!

S Kamui is the best to invest in, get him to be your main DPS. I would swap out Karenina for Lucia. If you are willing to spend £20-25 then you will be able to get the 6* Hannah set for S Kamui which is his best memory. Then you can overclock and level up the Hannah memories to really make S Kamui strong.
Same question, i have same team.. is a good choice if i change A karenina to B nanami? And why you change a karenina to b lucia? And oh i forget, i got S kamui for beginners banner so what must i pick from S selector?
I invested too much on Lucia A (because was using the sword and Hanna on Lucia B anyway) just before getting Karenina A damnit... And I overclocked damn too much 5 stars for the 20/20 mission I should have waited... not a big deal anyway... I hope lol
