Come Dine With Me takes people who are experts in the art of giving the perfect dinner party and puts their skills to the test. All are great cooks and excellent hosts - but they're all very different. So, if one person's perfect dinner party is another person's evening from hell, how will our hosts cope with a whole week of each other's hospitality?
Each night for a week, one of our hosts will throw a dinner party for the others. They all have their own unique styles of cooking and entertaining, but they're all determined to impress, because at the end of each evening, the guests will give their host a mark out of ten. The host with the most points at the end of the week wins £1,000 pounds. Come Dine With Me has expanded to a variety of formats including singles, couples and celebrity specials!

Lol.. Nothing wrong with her opinion. Just because they are indians it doesn’t mean they make it best and better. Remember this couple are british indian. Am sure indians in India will say they make it better authentic. And then again 90% of UK curry “indian” restaurants are owned by My people the Bangladeshis, am sure they’ll claim they make it better. So what’s wrong with a white woman saying she didn’t like it to her taste. It’s her ways. She maybe prefers it in a way. We shouldn’t act arrogant as if we know it all.

She says she would have preferred more vegetables in the curry and she normally has more vegetables when she cooks Thai curry’s. When does she say it wasn’t cooked properly? It was also the man who cooked the curry. Maybe pay attention to what people are saying rather than getting caught up on the colour of their skin.

And then they probably just take care of themselves, unlike English who drink crazy amounts, eat bad food, don’t move much and sit under the sun to the extent their skin is that of a leather bag.

In Southeast Asia we use some vegetables in our curries (like mangetout, potato, small eggplant, bamboo shoots, button mushroom or lotus root) but she is really comparing apples with oranges. A Thai, Malay, Filipino, Cambodian or other Southeast Asian curry is nothing like Indian/Pakistani curries. The only similarity is we use curry leaves or make curry pastes, but the end products are very different (they're even different from each other. A Thai vs Malay vs Filipino curry sre like completely different dishes lol).

We do lamb and potatoe currys but never made lamb curry with vegetables yrs u can put anything in a lamb curry lots of people and restaurants do this all off Yorkshire spinach lamb dal lamb chickpeas pototoe lamb curry theres alsorts at restaurants with vegetables in lamb curry she must have meant that.

@@weshouldsaveourselves6780 Or Persian actually? Considering it has influenced/shared Arab, Greek and Indian cuisine. Persian food can be found in: Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Iraq, Kurdistan, etc. All of these countries were under Persian rule for many years, hence their influence.

You don't know the meaning of authentic Punjabi cooking. Tradition lamb curry does not have veg in it. Tesco is a British company they wouldn't know the basics of traditional Indian cooking. They are not Indian.
