On our 4th day in Cairo, Egypt, we help treat an orphaned puppy who is succumbing to a potentially fatal parvovirus infection. In between cases we head out for a hike and find ourselves exploring small pyramids and discover the tomb of an ancient Egyptian pharaoh.
