I love Niquet, but the singers really need to work on their accents. Strange mise en scene as well...

actually, Purcell's style is heavily influenced by french music! and to what did France produce, they have some really exquisite, amazing and extremely enjoyable works for stage, and one can always enjoy some Lully, if nothing else.
