So interesting they have reduced prices AND are adding that 25K incentive. Other Woodbridge Pacific neighborhoods even in the past year, were only increasing in price with each phase and the in-house lender incentive was only 5K. FYI, I don't think you can build a pool out here anymore for 40K! Maybe a spool, not sure. Prices have practically doubled in the past few years since Covid!

The builders have so much inventory that they need to sell so they had to change their direction to attract buyers. Whereas before buyers were running to them, now it’s the other way around lol

North Palm Desert, windy no doubt. Wish the new homes there would take a cue from some of the mid century modern homes. Wide, over hangs and other sun blocking features. While these homes are no doubt well insulated, low E glass and such, the lack of sun blocking features is a total pass.

Most all of the homes have a small covered patio with a concrete slab. If you want to extend further from that, aluminum wood (alumawood) patio covers are an easy to add. :)

And can you get the federal tax incentive for the solar panels? Are there any state incentives to offset the 15K cost? Is this a windy area? Thanks.

Yes, there is a federal tax credit of 30% I believe. No state incentives. It is considered more windier than the southern parts of the city. But I can tell you that having a breeze during the summer is not a bad thing 😅🥵
