because the visitors tunnel is too small for the drum. The tunnel Barely fits 2 football players side to side. And of course ND wouldn't allow the drum thru the ND home tunnel.
@@47502168 I agree. They let Purdue bring in their drum every time before this into Notre Dame Stadium but this year Purdue couldn’t. It’s also the 100 year anniversary of the Purdue drum.
The true focus @ Purdue is their academics. There is no music school. The band members have to try out every year & spend many hours a week rehearsing as a volunteer course.
