_ in that case we can just use a word without son, so for example instead of per"son" it would be per"morph", instead of per"sons" it would be per"morphs". all personnel report to the office, all permorphnel report to the office. I'm not very personal with my feelings. I'm not very permorphal with my feelings... dang it's got Al in person"Al" which is a guy name. ok how about permorphol instead.... phew, that's better. it's just very personable, I mean permorphable. with the word morph... it can be whatever you want it to be... any gender, even no gender. so for example.... I love all morphkind. I checked the morphail (mail) today and I had to pay my bills... I mean... wait bill is male... um I had to pay my morphills. I just saw the morphailmorph (mailman).

Now their staff of advisors and such can be of varied ages. Why 40? Well, I'm now 47 and MUCH more reasonable and balanced now that I'm past my child bearing years. Last election, about 25% of the citizens didn't vote ; and about 8% voted blank. that's basically 1/3 of the population who "didn't vote".
