Big Green Juice Ideal for a Juice Cleanse,
This Big Green Juice is Ideal for a Juice Cleanse. We used a PURE Juicer to produce 100+ ounces of juice (3 liters).
Celery: 2 bunches
Cucumber: 3 English or other
Lemon: 4-5 lemons
Apple: 4 green or what you prefer
Romaine lettuce: 3 bunches
Ginger: 2 thumbs

We used a bowl and strainer for the celery and cucumber (works great for apples too). We placed sliced lemons in the cloth with the mash. No need to grind them.
This juice lasts up to 3 days but is ideally consumed or frozen within 24 hours.
