Hello Friends,
This video is all about my Personnal experience in replacing my filters in my recently purchased Water purifier from Hindustan Unilever Pureit💧
I would say that they are offering the first service for free but with terms and conditions favourable on their side!
Even thought the FILTER is clean they are asking us to replace them if you want the SERVICE CHARGE to be made for free!
They are not thinking on the customer perspective which is the bad part overall.
