I’ve owned this pillow for 6 months now and I can’t even tell you guys how great it is. Been looking for the right pillow for ages and I think I found the one. 😄
@@sepwheuu1919 Well, it is still present but the pillow has helped a fair bit. However the Purple Harmony is easily the best pillow I have ever had and I have went through so many over the past 6 years. It is perfectly balanced and I cannot reccomend it enough, it was worth every penny. I have been going to a chiropractor for about 4 months and it has helped slightly. The biggest thing that has made a difference so far oddly enough, is going to a medical masseuse. It has only been 2 times (once a week) but it has been the first time in 3 years that I have had a day of relief. If you have never went to one, I suggest you try it. It was a last ditch effort and I honestly didn't have much hope for it, but I am glad I did.
@@Ryn0_333 How does it compare to sleeping with no pillow. I haven't been able to find a comfortable one so I use no pillow or a small blanket if i need support
@@sepwheuu1919 If you like very little loft (height) go for the smaller one. I used to use a feather pillow that was basically so wore out that it was like using no pillow. Because you have been using no pillow it would be something to get used to for sure. I am sure a doctor would agree but in order to support the natural curvature of your spine, I would suggest you use a pillow. It is easily the most comfortable sleep I have had in a long time. Also what hardness is your mattress? If you don't mind me asking.
This pillow is fantastic. I've had mine for a week now and I dont know how to begin to explain how this pillow feels. It's like a futuristic space pillow.
@@kurtestes1575 you’re a real one for replying after such a long time ago! Thank you. I’ve wanted to get a pillow for a minute but there are so many as I’m sure you’re aware and they are expensive so didn’t want to go through a lot of trial and error lol
@@mrbojangles155 thanks, yes, I actually can't promote this pillow enough. There are now different sizes available that weren't an option when I got mine. I have a king bed, and may opt to get this same pillow in that size, and use my current one for the camper lol. It is expensive, so I understand why some people are apprehensive about it. I love it though, and I have tried many other pillows. I finally found the "one". I'd like to hear your thoughts after you get one to tell me what you think about it.
Yes, I'm familiar with it but only from watching reviews on here. It's so interesting how these are made and the thought that went into them. The big size Harmony looks good for me since I'm a side sleeper but I'm not sure I'd like that bounce. I like how breathable they are and the cover seems to add a nice feel but seems like a hassle to air dry. Plus the price is way out of my range. But it looks like a great pillow for those who like bounce and loft.
I LOVE my purple Harmony pillow!! It sleeps cooler and is just the right firmness for side sleeping for me. My family is so jealous and all want one, but it's pretty costly so not everyone can have one 😔
With this high of a price tag purple should have given more than a year warranty. I still bought two Purple Harmony Pillows, this is my first Purple product purchase hopefully I don't have to return it within 100 days trial. Fingers crossed
seriously shipping back hEAVY Purple stuff just sucks!!! , mypillow firm is fine for me , i don't regret not doing purple at all in fact , its made me healthier than the one i trialed of my daughters.. no purple ego here, am even going back to waterbed.. semiwaveless and or baffle one, less weight yet than a purple mattress and no mess worries worth matter to any landlord/as less than washers and hey waterbeds are only 1/4 price and FEEEEEEL BETTER THAN EVEN A PURPLE 3 or 4 if even a lightweight.. water HAS NO RIVAL!!
Yes Katie, I am familiar with this polymer design which is Purple's signature feature. I do not own any Purple products so I son't know it from owning it, but Purple advertises so much it is hard not to be familiar. So, this pillow sounds lovely, but I am a little uncertain about the "bouncy" factor. I do tend to like to sink into my pillow a bit, but overall, the Purple Harmony sounds quite nice.
Why is there a door bash guard right next to the lamp? What door opens all the way over there and if so why is the lamp in the way? Sitting on a toilette questions...
I am very picky when it’s come to pillow. I am Very Petite with a side sleeper and been struggle hunting for pillow that is not to firm and it’s not to soft for a very long time. So far I have try Tempurpedic Regular cloud pillow, Cooling Pro-Hi, Cooling Pro-low. Tempur cloud Pro-low , Tempur cloud Pro-mid and still not Sastify. I feel like either too high, too low, too hard and too soft and it hurt my neck. I am give up on memory foam and now eyeing to Try on purple Harmony pillow and different texture. From your experience you think I will like it ? Or any other pillow out there that you think it would fit me better ? I just feel like I can’t deal with tempur-predic pillow anymore since it’s not returnable. Thank you
That's exactly what I want to know too! *I do not like latex are all, & wish they offered it in shredded memory foam, but unfortunately they've spent so much money bashing memory foam, they're afraid it would discredit all there claims about "how awful memory foam is" and would hurt their bed sales.* But it wouldn't, & should at least be an option for people.
@@emrysj4388 I know you can. But dang, $160 is an awful lot of money for just a pillow case, ya know... *Although I would really like to know what the harmony pillow case would feel like with my Coop Eden pillow inside* I bet it'd be the stuff dreams are made of... (You like my dad joke)
Yes, I know what you are talking about. I have the Original Purple Pillow. It took some getting used to, but now I love it! I love that it is always cold and seems to be the right profile for my height (I'm a petite side sleeper). The Harmony pillow has me intrigued. I don't need it, but I kinda want it. If they would offer a BOGO I would get them for sure.
I’m a nest bedding easy breather and the new foam i ordered isn’t like the old. Way too chunky. So I need to figure out a new option. I’m looking at Layla, coop eden (or original) and avocado. Need advise on what’s like the older nest but with a queen option. Adjustable. Cool. Has the fibers inside so that it’s not just foam and chunky. And doesn’t only have big chunk foam. Can anyone help. Lol.
I've been sleeping on my Purple 3 mattress for a couple of years, with the Original Purple pillow. I'm thinking of getting the Harmony Tall version pillow.
I'm so stuck on making the choice for a main sleep pillow. I'm a sidesleeper who lays on my back before falling asleep on my side. I'm 5'3" 142lbs. I'm trying to decide between the purple harmony, Saatva, or Eli n elm. I already have the layla kapok and like it at times. I wonder if the eli n elm is similar? Any suggestions?
I am debating between Tempur-Pedic Pro-low + cooling pillow and purple harmony pillow. I am a small flame with side sleeper. I don’t like anything too firm or too soft. I find my self Pro-High cooling Temper-pedic was way too high and too firm , also for the Tempur-Pedic cloud pillow is just little too soft. Any suggestion please ? Thank you
I'm a 6' 2" heavy side sleeper and the 6.5" loft was the right size for me, 7.5" was too much and gave me neck pain. Also 6.5" is probably too lofty for stomach sleeping in my opinion, I ordered a second pillow but in 5.5" to try that out. I'm not sure who the 7.5" is built for it's way too lofty.
@@rick-kg2fk The 6.5 is my favorite personally though I have both the 5.5 and 6.5. The 5.5 is slightly better for stomach sleeping but the 6.5 is better for back and side sleeping for me, and still ok on my stomach.
@@chad647 The 6.5 is my favorite personally though I have both the 5.5 and 6.5. The 5.5 is slightly better for stomach sleeping but the 6.5 is better for back and side sleeping for me, and still ok on my stomach.
Sounds like you'd probably want the 6.5" one. Even though you're broad shouldered for your size, it sounds like you're still pretty small. Sounds like they have a great return policy too.
I did try the Lila kapok pillow but I returned it. It just flattened out too much for me, I did order more fill and try to make it as full as possible but I still did not like it for the price. I'm really thinking of trying this one.
Mattress firm employees told me straight up it’s over price because it’s their new flagship product. It’s pretty decent but it’s like $80 decent not 170 decent. Luckily I got mine for 140. I said screw it I wanna head pillow I’m done with pillow hunting.
I like Talalay latex so i might really love this pillow. I like that its ventilated to keep me cool but its definitely a budget buster for me. I would pick the 6.5” loft. I don’t know which one i would choose between this one and the Plush🤔both great choices. Great review👍
You listed your dude’s stats as 6’7 and 230 lbs. He’d be dangerously underweight for his height. He’d look like an absolute bean pole and he doesn’t. He looks your every day pudgy american. I’m going to assume the 6’7 was a typo.
Everyone has different frames. Small, medium & large. So that is why you’ll see some models at 5’9 who weigh 109 pounds, and some at 5’9 who are 145. Just because someone looks really small/skinny doesn’t mean they’re underweight, it’s their frame. Their build. It is the amount of bone mass. So someone can absolutely be 230 pounds and 6’7. he looks like a smaller build for someone his height.
I don't like that Purple uses Latex in these. *But Purple has spent millions trying to discredit memory foam in order to sell there beds, & that stubbornness is really hurting them in the pillow area! They'd have the best pillow ever if they'd use shredded memory foam instead of Latex! -But as it is Purple basically has a $160 pillowcase because you'd have to put your own pillow inside just to make it sleepable.*
Latex is sooooo much better than memory foam for both pillows and mattresses. I hate my shredded memory foam pillows. I am a cold sleeper and it still makes me sweat.
Yes I'm familiar with purple. However I've tried the tempur pedic and really liked it. I'm a side sleeper and atm have 3 pillows I use every night. I'm just not sure what's the best option for me being I'm disabled and in bed 95% of the time. Suggestions??
@@Mattressclarity I m on a rv really thin mattress on a hard wood board atm. It's why I'm trying to win a mattress being on SSI disability is hard to afford anything but if I ever could afford one I was wondering if that's the way to go
