I absolutely love my M1 iMac. I got the silver $1,700 model with the 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD. It's the best computer I own. (I run a tech website and I use an HP with Windows 11 and a 2017 MacBook Air.) The iMac blows both out of the water!

Beautiful! I think also powering that 4.5k display in such a thin body might cause the fan to run more than the Mac mini.

I just purchased a brand new iMac--I also have a MacBook Pro purchased in 2018--is it possible to say be doing work on a desktop, e.g., homework assignments on word, excel, and PowerPoint, and then those show up in real-time on the MacBook pro? I hope I am making sense. Both of the devices use the same Apple ID.
