I think you misunderstood rules a bit. When you determine agent bid you should ignore recourses in COMPENSATION area of the cards. Also you should ignore resources in the top card area when getting scores for agents.

Thanks for the comment. I can see that could be true, but don't see that written anywhere. It simply says "on the card", but connecting to the rules it makes sense.

@@PurpleMoosePlays You are right, this is not described in the rules and rules for agents are quite unclear. I read about this in the Interbellum forum on BGA. A lot of people were confused with the agent strategies.

I believe there is a misplay at 20:00 because the coal baron will place their marker on business school when he can't place something on the target card, no?

Thanks for the comment, but this should actually be correct. If they are unable to place on a card, that card cannot be a target, so card 6 is actually the target card, not 5.
