I must say: thank you very much! I thought I broke my mic by holding some strong magnets too close to it. I bought it some years ago and was sad thinking I broke it, now I need it and went to test it and what you said about needing to firmly press it in and click, plus that certain devices can't have 3 lines on the pin, well between those two problems I thought it was a dud. Thank you, I'm glad :)
Interested by the comparison in your office. PP sounds better than the Rode BUT you were holding it much closer to your mouth so not a perfect comparison setup. I have ordered a PP here in China and waiting about 5 weeks for delivery from UK. Otherwise not available here.
Hi buddy ive just got the same setup and a all ik hearing over my voice is wind and my buddys bike so im useing the dead cat behind my cheek pad i was just woundering where is the best place to put it ans are you useing the dead cat or just the muffler that comes on the purple panda? 👌👌☺️
Im using the muffler. But use the dead cat if you can, i didnt have room to use it. You should position right in front of your lips i found worked best. Try reducing the gain on your device to reduce wind noise.
