Great tutorial. Pro tip...Only use distilled water...regular tap water has too much mineral content which will build-up in the device.

I did a video on this about 2 years ago. And I do LOVE it for my tile floors but I do not like it is when you want to use the hand held feature it is really awkward. I requested a hand held steam cleaner and am looking forward to trying it and will do a video........

What about how to clean the mop pads? Like can you and wash them after every use and can you wash them in a washer, or would that be bad because of the velcro?

It works great when it works. They just do NOT last. We are now on our 4th and last one. All 4 didn't last for but a couple of months with little usage. Done!

I could be wrong but since I’ve had a couple that broke too, I think the issue is that it’s not meant to be rough with. Like when I mop the old fashioned way I’d push super hard to scrub. So I was used to that. With the steam mops you’ve just gotta be more gentle. That’s my hypothesis.
