wow brenda! wow! I need to get one of those steamers to evict the neighbors bed bugs that camped up in my apartment somehow. And all those "recommended" ones are like $200 and I'm like thats crazy. When all I'm really interested in is handheld portability and watching you actually use the product.. Well you sold me on this. Amazon reviews usually arent't helpful because all they do is post pics of grout attachments that are trash after 1 use and thats for any brand. But then go on about burns, and broken. Well.. It doesn't matter seeing you show off multipurpose. THIS is the product to get thanks Brenda !

I just placed order for the meat steamer I hate the look of it but want something that actually gets hot hot and can clean! Now u have me wanting to cancel that order to switch. This one looks so much better

Amazon has a few 9 in 1 steam mop I look into such as ( M Mistsince steam mop brand, Newbealer steam mop, Bissell and hoover steam mop . I read reviews on but everything has a 1 to 5 star review even if the product is good somebody is going to give it 1 star no matter what. Do you still recommend this one or do you suggest other companies sold by amazon sale? Reply back don't want to order if it no good. plus I need to steam my mattress.

How wet does the carpet get. Usually, a carpet cleaner sucks up the water.

Up to how long you use it at the same spot! Normally it doesn’t get wet! Cleaned the couch and 15 min later it was perfectly dry!

How do you empty the water tank? I couldn’t take all water out of the tank.

No, it’s a steamer so I think it’s meant to clean and disinfect surfaces only with the steam.

I noticed that when I tried to steam the carpet without the pad, the dirt was sticking on the steamer. But when I use the clothes, it just sticks on the pad. So, I would say that it worked better with the pad.

I have not used it on my couch. Since I have a leather couch, I’m scared that the steam might ruin my couch.

I am getting mine on sunday, there are places in the house I never touch because it is very hard to get to especially as a worker 5 days a week. I do have a question can it steam leathered couches? My couches are brown. And do you vacuum before you steam the house or do you just steam it with the dust?

I have not used it on my leather couch just because I don’t know if it will ruin my couch. So I will not recommend doing that. Yes, I vacuum before I steam the house.

Hi Jazmine!! Thank you for watching my video. I’m still using this steamer, and it still works well. I used it to mop the floor and clean my toilet. It really makes the cleaning process easier and faster. Yesterday I used it to sanitize my mattress. I was trying to remove a stain from a drink that I spilled. It helped a little bit. It didn’t make it as white as it used to be, but it removed the color of the drink on the mattress just a little bit. You can still see that a drink was spilled on that part of the mattress, but it’s not as noticeable as before. Maybe I should go back and steam it again and see if it’s going to completely remove the stain. Also, I liked the fact that after steaming that part of the mattress, it didn’t leave my mattress wet.

Since the steam is so HOT, why are you in bare feet? Manual suggests closed shoes for protection against possible burn.

I was making sure not to step on the surfaces that I already steamed, and to be honest I was just careless. Now that you say that, I will start wearing closed toe shoes when I steam the floor. I don’t wanna get burnt 😅

I have one to but I use distilled water because we have hard water I learned hard way because it got mineral deposits which was not easy to clean but I did with hydrogen peroxide . It works just do your research happy cleaning 🧽 broom 🧹
