I've been on a ton of fishing boats in my life; none that combined fishing and luxury as much of the Pursuit 408S (now called the 428). It's a big, fast (55 mph) center console with many of the luxuries (minus the huge cabin) of a large sporty. Hope you enjoy.

Unbelievable boat. Like he said all boats have quirks that we dont like. Even at that price. It was hard to see but that looked like a step up to get to the bow. Ugg . Outside of that its stupid crazy impressive. That guy won in life. Best of luck to him.

I looked at the same boat, too fancy for a fishing trip. I went with a 33 ft CC Grady . It was a great boat and very good on fuel.....😎👍🐟

@@russseff1246 I’d suggest reaching out to Rhodan directly. Don’t know any installers that west. Rhodan has some of the best customer service in the marine industry - they should be able to point you in right sirection

Im at 29 gph wide open 6000 rpm 48 mph 24ft Sea Pro 300 Suzuki. Ok, Im broke just commenting on this video. Great video I enjoy the boat reviews. #Seaproboats #fishon

@@jiggingjerks yes it is a bit high. Im usuing a 4 blade prop due to bow rise on take off. The 3 blade runs around those numbers and will touch 49 mph

I thought my boat was bad at 63 gph at wide open but yes, these V8 Yamahas are thirsty

That's one expensive terd.....lol, if that's his taste then good luck but I would give up some luxuries for better fuel mileage and function especially at that length (31' Ocean Master👍) my cup of tea.

I like the OMs - toured the factory in 2016 but this owner also has a 29 Sea Vee for when he wants hard core fishing. This is more about luxury and room for wife and kids

Albany politicians talking a 55 cent a gallon increase on gasoline so things are gonna get a little more costly. But money appears to be no object for this gentleman.

Great boat, but Pursuit dropped the ball with the fuel capacity. I average 110 miles each way and running this boat at 50 plus and trolling a day or two you probably wouldn't make it home.

I have the money to buy and maintain this boat. Would never even consider it. Zero bang for your buck. I can think of a hundred better ways to burn my money.
