Results against any top players aren't going to have much merit until like next year. None of them are nearly as good as they were pre-covid before having to spend a year not really playing offline.
Marss a couple weeks back said his Zss right now is the worst it's ever been. In several months to come the top guys will have all the ring rust knocked off and start bodying everybody with ease again.
@@shikarixox1195 Even if he’s a bit rusty, Marss is still a top player. I was just commenting that given the guy’s character and his opponent that he played pretty well.
Respect the hell out of the plant pick myself, and I wish we saw more players use him in the pro scene just cause I feel like Plant has such amazing hidden potential that isn't really being picked up too often by the pros in favor of more stable meta picks.
This was a pleasure to watch! A nice, quick set to start my day. As much as I enjoy #ZSSsux, it's still nice to see his ZSS dominate. Space also put up a good fight, so props to him as well, even if he did let it be him

@@dashman8499 Because plant chose me. I had Ultimate since the beginning, but didn't have a main until around Joker/Hero era. I ended up "maining random" with friends in battle arenas. I got Piranha Plant once and they just stuck with me. Just fun to play as.
4:42 Huh, yea I guess marss is the 3rd best right now technically (kinda). Weird to think about. If you think about it on that logic, maister is also number 4 and zachray is also number 5. Then again, maybe it's better to just think of those rankings as unchangeable right now until prgu3 comes out in a million years. I don't know.
@@2FadeMusic I don't think you get what I'm talking about, so I'll explain it a bit. So on prgu2, marss is ranked number 5, nairo #4, but since nairo is banned on twitch at the moment, he couldn't really go to tournaments and be on stream, since it would risk the channel he's on getting banned, since you aren't supposed to be able to show up on anything on twitch if you are banned (this is what I believe is the case, correct me if I'm wrong). So for the moment, (before nairo gets unbanned hopefully), everyone below him has gone up 1 space in the pgru2 (again, this is only considering the logic that marss is now #3). They same thing is true with everyone below samsora, who is now banned from tournaments. So pretty much tweek would go up to #2, since he was ranked #3 and everyone else would go up by 2, since tweek was the only one ranked between nairo and samsora. I'm only talking about rankings and not actual skill, as yea if nairo gets unbanned from twitch, tweek would still be #2, but everyone would go back down 1 space (maister #5, zackray #6).

I'd like to know how pro players string so many upairs, i can't do it, everyone always jump or dodge away, not even lvl 1 cpus, andi t doesn't count as a true combo on the training mode
If you know every one jumps or air doges. Wait until they choose either option then punish it. Sometimes you have to drop a combo to keep a STRING going. Also players typically get out of disadvantage the same way each time out of habit. So if their habit is Jump don’t rush the combo wait for them to jump (waist a resource) then punish. Same applies to air doge
