I've always been a huge Nick Cave fan - and this track is one of my favourites. I was playing around with my old MicroKORG this morning - A36 is the 'Push The Sky Away' patch used by Warren Ellis. A simple but very powerful tune.

The synth is recorded through a Warm Audio WA73-EQ - HPF at 50hZ; -2dB at 110Hz. Aside from that, it's completely unprocessed.

What a pleasure to talk to you, I'm from Brazil and I only use keeley pedals ... Now right now I have 4 big pedals (Red dirt-Super phat mod-1962x-Katana booster) .... what would be the best order (sequence) ) for these pedals? Thank you very much for your attention ..

On the microkorg S it's preset B36, "IDM pad"

@@marcgonnet yeah basically all the original voices, in the S version, are shifted one letter ahead (A36->B36, A12->B12, etc...) since Korg added a new load of voices in the A bank. you can just check the voice names lists for both models that you can find elsewhere on the web. have fun!
