I'm not proud to say this but I've been sleeping on Pusha T way too long. That is something this song made me realize.

Once you get past the fact he just raps about drugs, you’ll realize the beauty in the writing! Damn near poetry🤦🏾‍♂️

“Cane is sugar and cut by Dominicans” This line references the fact that in the Caribbean(places like Dominican Republic) they cut sugar cane to make sugar. And this is a metaphor for his Dominican connects that cut his cocaine. Pusha is genius

The middleman line also has to be a quick response to Drake’s leak dissing Push again and calling him a middle man.

Pusher actually did an interview before the album release and talk about the leak verse and said that he had a song addressing anybody who coming for him. He literally responded to Drake's verse before the song even came out lol. That's why he had that middleman bar on this track. This man has been one step ahead of Drake since Daytona lmfao
