Does the pressure hurt with an epidural?
@777mikita
@777mikita 4 месяца назад
@@HaileyRandallandSicKaRiiDaE I only felt myself opening up. The epidural was doing its job I didn’t feel pain and I didn’t feel my contractions. They found I was having them every 1:30-2 minutes apart. And when they told me to push I was kinda guessing that I was having a contraction. I only pushed for 1 hour. I tore on the inside. I had more pain while I was healing. My insides didn’t FULLY heal for 4 months. They recommend to can have sex after 6 weeks. And I did that’s how I found out if didn’t finish healing

I’m scared to give birth when I have a baby every person said it hurts even if you have the Epidural

Legally how many epidurals can u get in one labor? I was given three? Is that legal. Ive suffered with back pain since. The doctor told me he never did three before
@birthtoolbox

I’m so sorry you had a negative experience and are still suffering. There isn’t any law about epidurals. It comes down to consent for the procedure.

I couldn't feel anything even the pressure. Couldn't even tell if I was pushing

Iam 26 weeks pregnant and scared for delivery, have lot of confusion which delivery is better, normal delivery or c section 😢😢
@birthtoolbox
@birthtoolbox 2 месяца назад
In most cases, vaginal delivery is better (safer, easier recovery) for both mom and baby.
@HungrySatisfy

But I'm scared of normal delivery because I can't even bare the pain of periods how can I bare the pain of normal delivery?😢@@birthtoolbox

I believe that we are stronger than we think! Also, there are many options for pain management.

@birthtoolbox
@birthtoolbox Месяц назад
It’s hard to predict because it can vary from person to person. I have learned in my doula work that women giving birth are so much stronger than they think they are!! You can do it!!

I am also ready to give birth soon i am very scared of the pain.. and trust me i could not even imagine even how much it will be... But still i support norml delivery all other options has some negative points ... It will be the best if we can go for normal... We have to bear the pain.... I am thinking i have to do it and there is no other option... God bless me he will help me i will survive at least our doctor save our live we dont gonna die....

So what the fuck is the point in getting one. Might as well go natural
@birthtoolbox
@birthtoolbox Месяц назад
Well, there is quite a bit of work that happens before pushing and many people find the epidural helpful for that phase. But going without an epidural is a great option too. Many choices in childbirth!

How was your recovery? My mom's recovery from her C-section was really bad & really long (like 8-12 weeks). Whereas my recovery from a vaginal delivery was 2-3 weeks (that's without any tearing, it probably would have lasted longer if I tore)
@loveoftruth9531
@loveoftruth9531 Год назад
@@lusciouslipslibra it depends on the person and maybe where you get your C section? I think it took 7 weeks to recover from the most challenging stages. But the only most intense pain only lasts 3 to 4 weeks with alot of help from painkillers lol Again it really depends on the person and their pain tolerance and the situation. God Speed ❤ This is where our trust and faith in Jesus comes in. It's scary but I got through it and so can you. Breathing techniques are good to practice alot before delivery regardless of c section or natural birth

@@LaLoon17 that's ok if it's your preference but surgery is much more traumatic on your body than a vaginal delivery
@lusciouslipslibra
@lusciouslipslibra Год назад
@@LaLoon17 again, that's perfectly ok for you to pick that, it's just that the vagina is made to stretch (& tear) like that. Whereas the uterus is not meant to be cut open multiple times. May I ask what was so traumatic about it? Have you had a natural delivery before? I've never heard someone say this about a natural delivery but I have heard horror stories for C-sections (mostly for the recovery part & the complications with future pregnancies)
