If they wanted dancers they could’ve found way better, Melody was often not even in some dance sequences or in the back because she was the weakest. It definitely was. I remember watching it live with my aunt when it came on tv and being shocked at seeing only 5 dolls and then Jessica's chair falling and she had to improvise but Melody showing up at the end was the cherry on top. The 2006 Amas was definitely the most iconic memorable performance of Buttons.

In her case, i think she just did not enjoy her time in the group bec of the imbalance.

Victoria can't sing tho, so what's the point for her to go on tour

​@@dannyblue2178 I do listen to Melody's solo work. My favorite from POMBL is Hit the Ground Running. I love Phoenix Rise from her latest, Lioness Eyes. Space is my favorite solo from Doll Domination. I clicked the video to hear about Melody and her solo efforts and was disappointed that the majority of conversation was about PCD. Sure it was nice to hear the story behind the AMAs mishap, but all the other PCD related questions had been asked a million times before 10 years ago. Yes, it's going to follow her throughout her career, but when she's trying to promote her new project, it shouldn't just be thrown in the last two minutes at the end.

@@dandylion2279 I understand that perspective! I'm ALL for 2-3 questions about PCD, highlighting the good fun of it all. I like how she referenced her favorite song and one that ended up growing on her. And I also think it's totally appropriate to ask a question about the recent reunion of the dolls. However, I think the multitude of questions asked was slightly unnecessary in my opinion, especially since many of the questions just focused on negativity and rehashed potential drama. She stated that her and the dolls need space which is a social cue for "enough questions please."

I’ve bought all her songs (she has sold ones prior to the EP) and have supported her mixtape days too. In fact I’ve bought all the PCD members songs and projects including Nicole 👍

Well they were originally a burlesque dance troop with Nicole hired as the lead vocalist. Melody couldn’t dance for shit either, she said so herself.

But when they robin Antin was asked to form pcd for a recording contract they auditioned for new members and that's when they found melody she has a great voice that's why they recruited her .. Initially melody was tasked to do lead vocals as was seen in their mtv Asia awards performance but she wasn't strong enough that's why they chose Nicole instea

Pedro She threw a comment their way to pull some of the reunion hype her way to help her solo endeavors. That’s hardly “always interacting on Instagram.”
