For their tour in 2022 they did a cover of Too Close To Touch - Sympathy. More like they did the song with the remaining band members and it was so so raw. They only did it live and you should check it out

I love Bad Omens. I recommend LIKE A VILLAIN, ARTIFICIAL SUICIDE, Take Me First, The Grey, Limits, and IDWT$, with the latter being my absolute favorite.

Like a Villian and The Death of Peace of Mind are 2 excellent ones from them that both have superb music videos as well!

this is the kind of song that to me is so easy to overlook b/c it's so hooky so fast (like fast food, all taste and no substance) but watching this reaction made me pay attention to the details like you say. the middle part was way more impactful now and it makes so much more sense why they do that to drive the point home at the end.

Just recently started my Bad Omens trip. Pretty obsessed with What It Cost + Like A Villain . Lots of reactors don’t realize there’s an intro track to Like A Villain but it really adds to the experience.

I went to see them in Feb this year, I was mesmerized at the whole gig. I've been going to gigs since the early 80's, and this one was by far the best. This is one of the best songs I've ever heard, that chorus, his voice, just everything is beautiful. Nice reaction x

Amazing to see you react to this. Bad Omens have become one of my all time favourite bands with that album, it is SO SO special, nothing I have ever listened to. You can't compare it. I adore The Death of Peace of Mind, The Gray, Articial Suicide, Nowhere to Go and IDWT$ (most of those songs have an official video or have been uploaded officially by the band) - but actually every single song on that album. Oh my... they just got under my skin this April, and since then I only listen to their music. I'm totally obsessed. I'm a very big Nightwish fan also, and I would say... for me, Noah is the male version of Floor Jansen's versatile vocals and emotional performances. I definitelly recommend all of their songs (not kidding) but for starters: The Death Of Peace Of Mind, The Gray, Artificial Suicide (heavy), Like A Villain, Never Know - Unplugged, Limits, Careful What You Wish For, Dethrone (heavy), Kingdom Of Cards (an epic one), Mercy (live),The Fountain(very atmospheric), The Worst In Me (live) Can't wait for your videos :)

Bad Omens are an amazing band and so far they’ve taken up my musical year along with Sleep Token, I just can’t stop listening to their latest album ‘The Death of Peace of Mind.’ Their first two albums are very different with the first one being like early BMTH but they also agree that TDOPOM is the best one but certainly don’t rule out their earlier songs as they’re some real bangers like ‘Limits’, ‘Careful What You Wish For’, ‘Dethrone’, ‘Mercy’, ‘The Worst In Me’ and ‘Kingdom of Cards.’ Noah Sebastian is an amazing singer who took some time to explore what he could do with his voice and TDOPOM is the amazing end result, he is also a producer so is obviously very hands on when recording their music. Basically every song on the latest album is worth checking out but I would recommend Like a Villain, The Grey, Concrete Jungle, Artificial Suicide, Bad Decisions, Nowhere to Go and of course The Death of Peace of Mind. If you want some live videos they did some of the latest songs for Sirius XM Octane and a few of the earlier songs are featured on what I think is an online concert, all of which can be found on RU-vid.

So Bad Omens has gone from opener to big bands, to headlining tours so incredibly quick in the music industry and its all deserved. Saw them live 3 months ago and it was a mind-bogglingly good show, playing things from previous albums that are fan favorites, to most songs from their newest album that are equally as good. Really really need to catch them live some day 🙏 Just leaving a few recent releases in case you're interested: ASTERISM - Fiction (Only recently discovered this 3-piece Japanese band, incredibly underrated) Falling in Reverse - Last Resort (I'm sure you've seen this drift around amongst reactors on RU-vid, but one of my favourite covers of all time) Dreamcatcher - Bon Voyage (Just since I'm a huge DC fan and it's been a while since they appeared here so might as well share their most recent release :p)

If you would like to hear something live from them, I would say you should check the song Like A Villain live. Noah's other superpower beside the beautiful clean vocals is in his harsh vocals, growls and screams, and in that song you can hear both side of his talent. And after that, The Death Of Peace Of Mind music video, because that is a masterpiece. Other interesting thing is to follow through their 3 albums how he found his voice from the beginning. It's a nice journey, they are all so talented, and totally deserve the recognition. Thanks for the video :)

Alright. Buckle up. I’m about to write you a novel. Lol. It’s very intuitive that you used words like meticulous and calculated to describe this song, because the vocalist and main writer, Noah Sebastian, is exactly these things. There are no coincidences or accidents with this man. Everything is extremely intentional and well thought out, much like Vessel, and Noah is a huge Sleep Token fan. I would love to recommend my favorite song, Like A Villain, second. It’s just incredible and the note he hits in the second verse on “page” and again on “stayed” is the most perfect note I’ve ever heard! And my favorite live version is at the House of Blues in Anaheim. But first, I have to recommend the title track, Death of Peace of Mind, because you have to see how incredibly this high school dropout’s mind works. And you have to see the origin story of the song, before you watch the official video. Noah issued a pandemic songwriting challenge to his colleagues, to write a song from household noises. It shows him recording numerous, intriguing sounds and at the end of it, plays the finished computer project recording. It absolutely blows my mind. But it still doesn’t prepare you for this masterpiece of a song or the incredible video that accompanies it! I hope you enjoy both as much as I do. I’ll put all the links in a reply. Since you did a very beautiful song from this album, I recommend going to the other end on the same record and listen to ARTIFICIAL SUICIDE. It is just as expertly crafted, but carries a very different emotional tone than this one.

Whatever it is that you have to say after reactions, i love listening to your thoughts. Im not really into production but i always realize things about songs i love that i hadnt really thought about before you pointed them out. And its so inspiring that you share more intimate thoughts as well, like the way this song makes you feel about your relationship. I went through something of a breakup not too long ago and listened to this song on repeat during that time. There was a lot of anger and frustration i could channel into scream-crying to chorus, it really helped me coping. I first discovered Bad Omens through Death of Peace of Mind, think a lot of people are gonna recommend it.
