The Russian Navy has begun its planned exercises in the Arctic and Pacific oceans and Baltic and Caspian seas. It involves 300 ships, 20,000 personnel and over 300 combat exercises. The Russian Defence Ministry said it will test the readiness and capabilities of the Navy at all levels. The ministry added that Russian forces will practice the use of anti-aircraft missiles, artillery, anti-submarine weapons and "passive interference." Watch.

Even earlier, in Vietnam, why do you think that the Vietnamese kicked your butts? In Afghanistan after the NATO and the US were running for their life, I think in none case you were intimidated. Ya all have a big mouth but if it comes to fight agains a stronger opponent you are taking off as fast as possible. Your strength was never a real strength as turned out in the second WW waiting the Soviets weakened the Germans and than your army victoriously said ( we beat the Nazi Germans ) com on man it’s you who try to intimidate others and not the other ways around.

There are no missiles right across the Finnish border. There wasn't even a fence along Karelia. Of course there will be when the US puts missiles at the border in Finland. Was a bad decision economically and culturally for Finland to be enticed into NATO and the warmongering machine.

This was a totally peaceful area until NATO arrived. Army friends of mine were stationed on that border and often went to buy vodka and have a drink with the Russian border guards on the other side.
