The main ingredient of a traditional puto recipe is rice, soaked in water overnight then finely ground. To make this Putong Bigas easier to make, you can also use rice flour here but the procedure will be slightly different. Try this recipe

Actually how many cups of coconut milk in your video it said 1 cup of panga dalawang piga isit with 1 cup first squeeze added to it too?

If you have to squeeze it yourself it is the second squeeze (adding 1 cup of water) after you get the coconut cream... do not use the coconut cream... nakakaumay po.

Pwede po bang walang yeast? And yung molder po, ok lang hindi magrease ng oil? Hindi ba ddikit s molder ung puto?

Pwede po... Gawin nyo lang 1 1/2 tbsp ang baking powder... Di na kailangan i grease ang molder kasi may coconut milk na yan.. Thank you for watching.
